آزادی سیاسی در اندیشه‌های قرآنی آیت‌الله خامنه‌ای

آزادی سیاسی به‌عنوان یکی از مهم‌ترین مسائل در حوزه فلسفه سیاسی دارای اهمیت و کارکردهای گوناگونی است که بازتشریح ماهیت، ارکان، ابعاد و حدود آن با عنایت به ادله وثیق قرآنی نقش موثری در کاربست این مقوله در عرصه حکمرانی دینی خواهد داشت. بسامد بالای مشابه این اصطلاح واژگانی در اندیشه آیت‌الله‌ خامنه‌ای نشان‌دهنده کوشش وافر وی در تشدید این مقوله به‌عنوان تشریعی الهی و مولفه‌ای مهم در عرصه مدیریت اجتماعی است. در این پژوهش که با روش تحلیل مضمون انجام گرفته، تلاش شده است تا ضمن بیان ماهیت آزادی سیاسی، به مبانی قرآنی آن، عرصه‌های بروز و ظهور آن از منظر ایشان پرداخته شود. در این پژوهش خواهیم یافت که توحید، اختیار و کرامت انسانی از مبانی آزادی سیاسی در قرآن به شمار می‌رود. همچنین این مفهوم در ساحت آزادی بیان و عقیده، حق انتخاب و نظارت و مشارکت در تصمیم‌گیری منعکس می‌شود.

political freedom, as one of the most significant issues in the realm of political philosophy, holds various importance and functions. re-examining its nature, pillars, dimensions, and limits, with reference to robust quranic evidence, plays a crucial role in the application of this concept in the domain of religious governance. the frequent use of this term and related concepts in the thought of ayatollah khamenei reflects his extensive efforts to reinforce this concept as a divine legislation and a vital component in the field of societal management. this research, conducted through thematic analysis, seeks to elucidate the nature of political freedom, its quranic foundations, and its manifestations from his perspective. the study reveals that monotheism (tawhid), free will, and human dignity are the foundational principles of political freedom in the quran. furthermore, this concept is manifested in the domains of freedom of expression and belief, the right to choose, as well as oversight and participation in decision-making processes.
