تبیین مفهوم عدالت در منظومه فکری آیت‌الله خامنه‌ای

در این نوشتار به تبیین مفهوم عدالت در منظومه فکری آیت‌الله خامنه‌ای با بهره‌گیری از روش تحلیل محتوای کیفی پرداخته شده است. به بیان دقیق‌تر، ابتدا به کدگذاریِ کیفی واحدهای معنا (که از بیانات ایشان از دهه 60 تاکنون جمع‌آوری شده بودند) پرداختیم، سپس حدود 400 کد حاصله را در قالب 17 مقوله تفسیر و طبقه‌بندی کردیم. در انتها مقولات به دست آمده را در کنار یکدیگر تحلیل و تفسیر کردیم و به یک تم اصلی با عنوان «گام برداشتنِ مدام و پیوسته در مسیر عدالت اسلامی، معیار و مشخصه اصلیِ اسلامی بودن جامعه» در باب مفهوم عدالت نزد آیت‌الله خامنه‌ای دست یافتیم؛ به عبارت دیگر، با در نظر گرفتن این نکته نزد آیت‌الله خامنه‌ای که عدالت هیچ‌گاه به‌طور کامل و مطلق محقق نمی‌شود و تحققِ آن، نسبی است، هرچند، ارزش‌هایی نظیر آزادی واقعی، عقلانیت، معنویت و ... نقش مهمی را در معنابخشی به عدالت ایفا می‌کنند، اما به دلیل مقیّد شدنشان به عدالت نمی‌توانند معیار اصلیِ اسلامی بودنِ جامعه تلقی شوند؛ بنابراین، تم کلیِ مفهوم عدالت در اندیشه آیت‌الله خامنه‌ای را می‌توان این‌گونه صورت‌بندی کرد که شاخصه اصلیِ یک جامعه اسلامی، میزان حرکتِ آن به سمت عدالت است.

explaining the concept of justice in the intellectual worldview of ayatollah khamenei

this study seeks to elucidate the concept of justice within the intellectual worldview of ayatollah khamenei using qualitative content analysis. more precisely, we began by qualitatively coding meaningful units (derived from his statements from the 1980s to the present). subsequently, approximately 400 codes were interpreted and categorized into 17 themes. finally, the derived themes were analyzed and interpreted collectively, leading to the identification of a central theme: continuous and persistent progress toward islamic justice as the primary criterion and hallmark of an islamic society in ayatollah khamenei's conception of justice. in other words, considering ayatollah khamenei's view that justice is never fully or absolutely realized and its achievement is relative, values such as true freedom, rationality, spirituality, and others play a significant role in defining justice. however, because these values are constrained by justice, they cannot be considered the primary criterion for a society's islamic character. therefore, the overarching theme of justice in ayatollah khamenei's thought can be formulated as follows: the primary indicator of an islamic society is the extent of its movement toward justice.
