نقش فراجا (پلیس) در روند شکل‌گیری تمدن نوین اسلامی با تاکید بر منظومه فکری آیت‌الله خامنه‌ای

انقلاب اسلامی ایران با الهام‌بخشی به ملت‌های مسلمان در اقصی‌نقاط دنیا، توانسته در ایجاد احساس عزت و هویت و هدایت مسلمانان به سمت جریان بیداری اسلامی، گام مهمی در جهان اسلام بردارد؛ زیرا اهداف و ماموریت والای صدور انقلاب و اهداف تمدنی را برای خود تعیین کرده است. رهبر انقلاب نیز هدف ملت ایران و انقلاب اسلامی را ایجاد یک تمدن نوین اسلامی بیان نموده‌اند که با شناخت ابعاد و مولفه‌های این هدف مشخص و الزامات تحقق آن می‌توان برای دستیابی به آن برنامه‌ریزی کرد. این پژوهش با هدف بررسی نقش و جایگاه پلیس، به‌عنوان یکی از مولفه‌های مهم در تحقق تمدن نوین اسلامی، درصدد پاسخگویی به این پرسش اصلی است که «نقش فراجا (پلیس) در تحقق تمدن نوین اسلامی چیست؟» روش تحقیق «کیفی» و نوع تحلیل «اسنادی» است. یافته‌های پژوهش بر اساس منظومه فکری رهبر انقلاب، بیانگر این مطلب بوده که نخستین و مهم‌ترین بستر شکل‌گیری دولت و تمدن نوین اسلامی، ایجاد، استقرار و عمومیت بخشیدن به امنیت است. امر مهم استقرار امنیت در کشور، ماموریت سازمان پلیس است که خود بخشی مهم از دولت اسلامی بوده و عملکردش در تحقق یا تاخیر در تشکیل دولت اسلامی و درنتیجه نیل به تمدن نوین اسلامی نقش مستقیمی داشته است؛ بنابراین شناخت و تبیین جایگاه، نقش و راهکارهای نقش‌آفرینی پلیس، به‌عنوان یکی از کارگزاران قانونی در ایجاد و حفظ امنیت و... در روند شکل‌گیری تمدن نوین اسلامی نقش بسزایی دارد.
