الگوی دیپلماسی فرهنگی در دیدگاه آیت الله خامنه ای

دیپلماسی فرهنگی یکی از شاخه های دیپلماسی در سیاست خارجی جمهوری اسلامی ایران محسوب می شود. این شاخه از دیپلماسی به دلیل اهمیت قدرت نرم در دوره پساجنگ سرد از اهمیت بسیار بالایی برخوردار بوده است. تصمیم سازان سیاست خارجی پس از پیروزی انقلاب اسلامی به تغییر نظم نرم افزاری منطقه ای و جهانی با استفاده از ابزارهای نرم قدرت و دیپلماسی فرهنگی و عمومی تاکید داشته اند. مقام معظم رهبری با توجه به وزن تاثیرگذاری بالا و نقش تعیین کننده در جهت گیری های کلان سیاست خارجی از جایگاه بالایی در منظومه گفتاری و رفتاری سیاست خارجی برخوردار هستند. دیدگاه ایشان در ارتباط با یکی از مهمترین شاخه های دیپلماسی خارجی که در این متن دیپلماسی فرهنگی است از اهمیت پژوهشی بسیار بالایی برخوردار است. سوال پژوهش پیش رو این است که دیدگاه مقام معظم رهبری در ارتباط با دیپلماسی فرهنگی چیست؟ فرضیه پژوهش حاضر جهت پاسخ به سوال مذکور این است که دیدگاه مقام معظم رهبری در ارتباط با دیپلماسی فرهنگی را می توان در سه دسته ایجابی، سلبی و یادگیری خلاصه نمود. روش پژوهش مقاله پیش رو توصیفی- تبیینی است و روش گرداوری مطالب کتابخانه ای و اسنادی می باشد.    

the model of cultural diplomacy in the view of the supreme leader

cultural diplomacy is one of the branches of diplomacy in the foreign policy of the islamic republic of iran. this branch of diplomacy has been very important because of the importance of soft power in the post-cold war era. after the victory of the islamic revolution, foreign policy decision makers have emphasized on changing the soft regional and global order by using soft power tools and cultural and public diplomacy. the supreme leader has a high position in the speech and behavior system of foreign policy due to his high influence weight and decisive role in the foreign policy directions. his point of view in relation to one of the most important branches of foreign diplomacy, which is cultural diplomacy in this text, is of great research importance. the question of the upcoming research is, what is the supreme leader's point of view regarding cultural diplomacy? the hypothesis of the present research to answer the mentioned question is that the opinion of the supreme leader in relation to cultural diplomacy can be summarized in three categories: positive, negative and learning. the research method of the upcoming article is descriptive-explanatory and the method of collecting library and documentary materials.​
