طراحی الگوی شایستگی‌های یک عضو هیات علمی هویت‌ساز از دیدگاه آیت الله خامنه‌ای

آموزش و ساختارهای آموزشی در ایجاد و توسعۀ هویت فردی و اجتماعی اهمیت دارد و از آنجایی که ویژگی‌های یک عضو هیئت علمی دانشگاه نیز در این هویت‌سازی مهم است، پژوهش حاضر «به‌منظور طراحی الگوی شایستگی‌های یک عضو هیئت علمی هویت‌ساز از دیدگاه آیت‌الله خامنه‌ای» انجام شده است. این مطالعه در دستۀ پژوهش‌های ترکیبی قرار می‌گیرد که در بخش کیفی برای شناسایی شایستگی‌های هیئت علمی هویت‌ساز، متن بیانات و سخنرانی‌های ایشان دراین‌باره، در دیدار‌ با اعضای هیئت علمی دانشگاه‌ها و دیگر مناسبت‌‌ها بررسی شده است. نتایج بررسی سخنان ایشان با روش تحلیل مضمون نشان داده است که الگوی شایستگی‌های یک عضو هیئت علمی هویت‌ساز، سه بعد را شامل می‌شود: شایستگی‌های نگرشی (با مولفه‌های تعهد، دین‌باوری و خودباوری)؛ شایستگی‌های وظیفه‌ای (با مولفه‌های آموزشی و پژوهشی)؛ شایستگی‌های راهبردی (با مولفه‌های فرماندهی جنگ نرم، تحول‌آفرینی و فرهنگ‌سازی). در بخش کمّی با هدف اولویت‌بندی ابعاد و مولفه‌های شناسایی‌شده، از روش تحلیل محتوا استفاده شده است که نتایج نشان می‌دهد، ترتیب اهمیت شایستگی‌های یک عضو هیئت علمی هویت‌ساز از دیدگاه آیت‌الله خامنه‌ای عبارت‌اند از: شایستگی‌های راهبردی، شایستگی‌های وظیفه‌ای و شایستگی‌های نگرشی.

designing a competency model for an identity-builder faculty member from the perspective of the supreme leader

considering the importance of education and educational structures in creating and developing individual and social identity, as well as the importance of a faculty member in this identity building, the present study is designed to implement the competency model of an identity-builder faculty member from the perspective of the supreme leader. in this mixed method study, in the qualitative section the text of his remarks and lectures regarding the faculty members of the universities in the meeting with these people and other occasions were examined, in order to identify the merits of an identity-builder faculty member. the results of the thematic analysis of his speech show that the competency model of an identity-builder faculty member is a three dimensional model included attitude competencies (with the components of commitment, religiosity and self-confidence), functional competencies (with educational and research components) and strategic competencies (with the components of soft warfare command, transformation, and culture). in the quantitative section, in order to prioritize the identified dimensions and components, quantitative content analysis method was used. the results show the importance of the competencies of an identity-builder faculty member from the perspective of the supreme leader of the islamic republic of iran in arrangements include: strategic competencies, functional competencies, and attitude competencies.
