اقتصاد دانش‌بنیان در منظومه فکری رهبر معظم انقلاب (اهمیت، الزامات، موانع و راهکارها)

توجه به «اقتصاد دانش‌بنیان»، یکی از مهم‌ترین راهبردهای اقتصاد جمهوری اسلامی ایران، در جهت نیل به اهداف سند چشم‌انداز و تحقق اقتصاد مقاومتی به شمار می‌رود. اقتصاد ایران از جهت توانایی رقابت در عرصه‌های بین‌المللی و تقویت اقتصاد داخلی و جلوگیری از خام‌فروشی و واردات بی‌رویه کالا، نیاز به توسعه و ترویج اقتصادی دارد که مبتنی بر دانش باشد و شاکلۀ اصلی آن را دانش فنی شکل دهد. محور اصلی چنین جریانی، موسسات و شرکت‌های دانش‌بنیان هستند که بار اصلی این حرکت را به دوش می‌کشند. بخش مهمی از ادبیات اقتصاد دانش‌بنیان و حمایت از آن‌ها در اسناد بالادستی و در سیاست‌های کلی و کلان کشور، سند چشم‌انداز 20 ساله و سیاست‌های کلی اقتصاد مقاومتی نیز مورد توجه قرار گرفته است. در دورۀ کنونی دانش‌بنیان کردن اقتصاد با تکیه بر تولید علم تا تجاری‌سازی و به‌عبارت‌دیگر تبدیل وجه غالب اقتصاد کشور به اقتصاد دانش‌بنیان، یکی از مهم‌ترین اهداف نظام جمهوری اسلامی ایران تلقی می‌شود. در این پژوهش برای یافتن موانع و راهکارهای تحقق اقتصاد دانش‌بنیان، بیانات آیت‌الله خامنه‌ای، رهبر انقلاب، با روش تحلیل مضمون بررسی و منظومۀ فکری ایشان در چهار بخش اهمیت، الزامات، موانع و راهکارها دسته‌‌بندی و معرفی شده است.

knowledge-based economy in the intellectual system of the supreme leader of the revolution (importance, requirements, obstacles and solutions)

paying attention to the knowledge-based economy is one of the most important strategies of iran's economy in order to achieve the goals of the vision document and realize the resistance economy. iran's economy needs to develop and promote an economy that is based on knowledge and its main form is technical knowledge, in order to be able to compete in the international arena and to strengthen the domestic economy and also to prevent the raw sale of excessive import of goods. the main axis of such flow are knowledge-based institutions and companies, which actually bear the main burden of this movement. an important part of the literature of knowledge-based economy and their support in the country's upstream documents and in the country's general and macro-policies in the 20-year vision document and the general policies of the resistance economy have also been considered. in the current era, making the economy knowledge-based by relying on the production of science until commercialization, and in other words, turning the dominant aspect of the country's economy into a knowledge-based economy, is considered one of the most important goals of the islamic republic of iran. in this research, in order to examine the obstacles and solutions to realize the knowledge-based economy, the statements of the supreme leader of the revolution were analyzed with thematic analysis method, and his intellectual system was categorized into four parts: importance, requirements, obstacles, and solutions.
