کارکردهای انفاق برای تحقق حقوق شهروندی اسلامی با تاکید بر نفی تکاثر ثروت

انفاق به عنوان یکی از احکام مهم اسلام، ابعاد اقتصادی و اجتماعی اثرگذاری دارد. زیرا به طور مشخص بر کمک به دیگران چه به صورت واجب و چه به صورت مستحب، خواستار بهبود شرایط اقتصادی و اجتماعی برای آحاد جامعه است. در پژوهش حاضر با هدف بررسی کارکرد انفاق در تحقق حقوق شهروندی از منظر نفی تکاثر ثروت، این پرسش مطرح است که انفاق چه نقشی در تحقق حقوق شهروندی ایفا می کند؟ در مقاله حاضر از روش توصیفیح-تحلیلی و ابزار کتابخانه ای استفاده شده که بیشتر با مراجعه به متون دینی از جمله آیات و روایات انجام شده است. نتایج نشان داده است که دستگیری از مستمندان و فقیران جامعه، کمک به بهبود وضعیت معیشتی جامعه اسلامی، جلوگیری از نابرابری و انباشت ثروت برای عده خاص، حمایت از شغل مناسب برای افراد جامعه، کمک به برقراری عدالت به عنوان ابعاد مهم آثار انفاق در عرصه حقوق شهروندی اسلامی هستند که همگی از اصول حقوق شهروندی محسوب می شوند. از نظر الگوی شهروندی نیز، انفاق کمک می کند تا علاوه بر رفع نیازهای مادی شهروندی، نوع خاصی از تعاون و همبستگی در جامعه اسلامی شکل بگیرد که در شرایط اضطراری و حساس، حس نوع دوستی و همکاری میان افراد شکل بگیرد و از بی مسوولیتی افراد در قبال یکدیگر جلوگیری شود. بدین ترتیب انفاق هم به عنوان یکی از حکام و دستورات مهم شریعت اسلام، کارکرد اجتماعی موثری دارد که اگر به نحو مطلوبی سازماندهی شود، زمینه را برای دستیابی به عدالت و سایر نیازهای در حال تغییر شهروندان فراهم می‌نماید که در نوع خود بسیار خاص و نشان دهنده ابعاد عملی آموزه های شرعی اسلام است.

almsgiving (infaq) is one of the significant rulings of islam with economic and social implications. it explicitly encourages assistance to others, whether obligatory or recommended, aiming to improve the economic and social conditions of individuals in society. the present study, with the objective of examining the role of infaq in realizing citizenship rights from the perspective of rejecting wealth accumulation, poses the question: what role does infaq play in the realization of citizenship rights? this article employs a descriptive-analytical method and relies on library-based research, primarily referring to religious texts, including quranic verses and narrations. the results indicate that supporting the needy and the poor in society, improving the living conditions of the islamic community, preventing inequality and wealth accumulation among a select few, supporting suitable employment for individuals in society, and contributing to the establishment of justice are key aspects of the effects of infaq in the realm of islamic citizenship rights, all of which are considered fundamental principles of citizenship rights. from the perspective of the citizenship model, infaq not only fulfills the material needs of citizens but also fosters a specific form of cooperation and solidarity in the islamic society, wherein a sense of altruism and mutual assistance emerges in times of crisis and urgency, preventing social irresponsibility among individuals. thus, infaq, as one of the essential commands of islamic law (shari'ah), has a significant social function, and if properly organized, it provides a foundation for achieving justice and addressing the evolving needs of citizens. this characteristic underscores the practical dimensions of islamic legal teachings.
