کالبد شکافی راهبرد و اهداف آمریکا در جنگ روسیه با اوکراین

پس از تهاجم روسیه به اوکراین در فوریه 2022، ایالات‌متحده امریکا با ایجاد ائتلاف دیپلماتیک بین‌المللی علیه مسکو از یک سو و تجهیز و تقویت نیروهای نظامی اوکراین از سوی دیگر تلاش کرد تا در خط مقدم مبارزه با توسعه‌طلبی روسیه در اروپا قرار گیرد.  پرسش مطرح شده در این مقاله آن است که ایالات‌متحده با قبول رهبری مبارزه با حضور روسیه در  اوکراین چه راهبرد و اهدافی را دنبال می‌کند؟ بررسی ادبیات موجود نشان می‌دهد که اندیشمندان و سیاستگذاران امریکایی به کلی‌گویی در باره یک سلسله از اصول نظام نئولیبرال مانند «دفاع از دموکراسی»، «دفاع از نظم لیبرالی» و «حقوق بشر» بسنده کرده و از بیان صریح اهداف و منافع آن کشور اجتناب داشته اند. با این حال، یافته‌های این پژوهش که با استفاده از روش توصیفی تحلیلی داده های در دسترس به دست آمد، نشان می‌دهد که با توجه به تمرکز سیاست راهبردی امریکا بر شرق آسیا و چین و فقدان اهمیت راهبردی اکراین در نظم منطقه‌ای و بین المللی غرب محور، واشنگتن بزودی اکراین را قربانی و به پذیرش برخی از خواسته های روسیه مجبور خواهد کرد.

after the russian invasion of ukraine in february 2022, the united states of america tried to be at the forefront of the fight against russian expansionism in europe by creating an international diplomatic coalition against moscow on the one hand and equipping and strengthening the ukrainian military forces on the other hand. the question raised in this article is what strategy and goals does the united states pursue by accepting the leadership of the fight against russia's presence in ukraine? a review of the existing literature shows that american thinkers and policymakers are satisfied with generalizing about a series of principles of the neoliberal system such as the defense of democracy, defense of liberal order and human rights and have avoided explicitly stating the goals and interests of that country. however, the findings of this research, which were obtained by using the descriptive-analytical method of the available data, show that due to the focus of america's strategic policy on east asia and china and the lack of strategic importance of ukraine in the western-oriented international order, washington will soon sacrifice ukraine and force it to accept some of russia's demands.
