آسیب‌شناسیِ پژوهش‌های ایرانی در حوزۀ اخلاق فناوری اطلاعات

در سال‌های اخیر، پژوهش‌هایی - هرچند ناکافی - دربارۀ موضوعات و مسائل اخلاقی فضای مجازی و هوش مصنوعی در ایران انجام شده، اما پایایی و پویایی این شاخه پژوهشی نوپدید مستلزم شناخت نقاط ضعف این آثار و به طور کلی، هر گونه فعالیت در این زمینه و چاره‌‌اندیشی برای اصلاح آنهاست. هدف پژوهش حاضر که در این راستا انجام شده، شناسایی و بررسی برخی از کاستی‌ها و معرفی عوامل و زمینه‌های آنهاست، تا زمینه اصلاح‌ فراهم شود. روش تحقیق از نظر گردآوری اطلاعات، کتابخانه‏‌ای و به جهت بررسی، تحلیلی و انتقادی بوده است. یافته‌های تحقیق بیان‌‌گر آن است که حوزۀ پژوهشیِ اخلاق فناوری اطلاعات (اَخفا) در کشور ما با آسیب‌هایی چون ورود دیرهنگام و ناکافی، ضعف تحلیل اخلاقی، پراکنده‌پژوهی، کمبود پژوهش‌های تولیدیِ مبتنی بر آموزه‌های دینی و فقدان ارتباط مناسب با جامعهٔ هدف دست به گریبان است. در این مقاله پس از بررسی این کاستی‌ها، مواردی چون نوپدید بودن این شاخه پژوهشی، کمبود محقّقانِ اَخفاپژوه، فقدان مراکز تخصصی و کم‌رونق بودن فضای نقد علمی، به عنوان علل و عوامل بروز این کاستی‌ها معرفی شده‌اند.

in recent years, although limited, research has been conducted on the ethical issues surrounding cyberspace and artificial intelligence within iranian society. however, the sustainability and dynamism of this emerging field necessitate a comprehensive understanding of the weaknesses present in these studies, as well as in related activities, and the development of solutions to address them. the present study aims to identify and analyze several shortcomings while introducing the contributing factors and contexts to facilitate their rectification. the research methodology involved library-based data collection, with subsequent analysis conducted in a critical and analytical manner. findings indicate that the field of information technology ethics in iran confronts several challenges, including delayed and insufficient engagement, weak ethical analysis, fragmented research efforts, a lack of studies grounded in religious teachings, and inadequate communication with the target community. the article further identifies key issues such as the novelty of this research domain, a shortage of researchers specializing in this area, and the limited activity in the realm of scientific critique as significant factors contributing to these shortcomings.
