ارزیابی و تحلیل توسعۀ گردشگری با تاکید بر منظر روستایی (مطالعۀ موردی: مناطق روستایی شهرستان کاشان)

زمینه و هدف: کیفیت مناظر روستایی و رضایت مندی گردشگران، از موضوعات مهم در برنامه ریزی گردشگری است و توجه ویژه به این متغیرها موجب توسعۀ پایدار بازده های گردشگری روستایی می شود. نواحی روستایی به دلیل دارا بودن مناظر و قابلیت های خاص، مکانی برای گذران اوقات فراغت بازدیدکنندگان غیربومی هستند. گردشگران تحت تاثیر پیشرفت فناوری و برای رهایی از محیط های پرازدحام شهری، به دنبال فضاهایی جدید برای تجربه های متفاوت گردشگری می باشند. در این راستا، مطالعۀ حاضر به تحلیل نقش توسعۀ گردشگری با تاکید بر منظر روستایی در مناطق روستایی شهرستان کاشان پرداخته است.روش شناسی: برای دست یابی به این هدف، با بهره گیری از روش کتاب خانه ای- پیمایشی و ابزار پرسش‌نامۀ محقق ساخته؛ جامعۀ آماری 65 نفر از کارشناسان، متخصصین و خبرگان می‌باشد. روش ﻧﻤﻮﻧﻪ ﮔﻴﺮی در این پژوهش هدفمند بوده (با استفاده از روش گلوله برفی) و اطلاعات گردآوری شده با استفاده از آزمون t و همبستگی در محیط نرم افزار spss مورد تجزیه و تحلیل آماری قرار گرفتند.یافته ها: تحلیل آماری بیان گر این است که رابطۀ مستقیم و معناداری بین منظر روستایی و توسعۀ گردشگری می باشد.نتیجه گیری و پیشنهادات: با توجه به این، می توان گفت منظر روستایی بر توسعۀ گردشگری در مناطق روستایی شهرستان کاشان موثر بوده و بنابراین جهت تحقق توسعۀ گردشگری، درک مولفه های مناظر روستایی و استفاده از آن ها در طراحی مجموعه و همچنین توجه به انتظارات و دیدگاه های گردشگران می تواند در ارتقاء کیفیت مجموعه و توسعۀ گردشگری نیز نقشی اساسی داشته باشد.نوآوری و اصالت: نوآوری پژوهش در توجه به منظر روستایی به عنوان یک ضرورت در برنامه ریزی توسعۀ گردشگری است و استفاده از نظرات روستاییان برای طراحی مدل گردشگری از اهمیت خاصی برخوردار است.

evaluation and analysis of tourism development with emphasis on rural perspective (case study: rural areas of kashan county)

context and purpose: the quality of rural landscapes and tourist satisfaction are important issues in tourism planning, and paying special attention to these variables leads to the sustainable development of rural tourism yields. rural areas are places for non-native visitors to spend leisure time due to their special landscapes and capabilities. tourists are under the influence of technological progress and are looking for new spaces for different tourism experiences to escape from crowded urban environments. in this regard, the present study has analyzed the role of tourism development with an emphasis on rural landscapes in rural areas of kashan city.design/methodology/approach: to achieve this goal, the library survey method and the researcher-made questionnaire tool were used. the statistical population included 65 experts, specialists, and experts. the sampling method in this study was purposive (using the snowball method), and the collected data were statistically analyzed using the t-test and correlation in the spss software environment.findings: statistical analysis indicates a direct and significant relationship between rural landscape and tourism development.conclusion: given this, it can be said that rural landscapes are effective in promoting tourism development in rural areas of kashan city. therefore, in order to realize tourism development, understanding the components of rural landscapes and using them in the design of the complex, as well as paying attention to tourists’ expectations and views, can play a fundamental role in improving the quality of the complex and tourism development.originality/value: the innovation of the research is in considering the rural landscape as a necessity in tourism development planning and using villagers’ opinions to design the tourism model, which is of particular importance.
