بررسی تاثیر محیط ساخته شده بر سالخوردگی در مکان با استفاده از روش بیبلیومتریک

این مقاله تبیین‌گر مفهوم سالخوردگی در مکان است که بیانگر ماندگاری سالمندان در خانه‌ها و محله‌های آشنا اشاره دارد. این رویکرد بر این اساس است که سالمندان با حفظ تعاملات اجتماعی و فعالیت‌های فیزیکی، بتوانند در محیط‌های آشنا زندگی کنند و نیازهای فیزیکی، اجتماعی و روانی آنها تامین شود. در این مقاله، تاثیر افزایش جمعیت سالمندان در جهان و به ویژه ایران مورد بررسی قرار گرفته است. براساس آمارهای جهانی، جمعیت سالمندان در دهه‌های آینده به میزان قابل توجهی افزایش خواهد یافت که این امر نیاز به برنامه‌ریزی و سیاست‌های جدید در زمینه زیرساخت‌ها و خدمات شهری را پررنگ می‌کند. به‌ویژه که بیشتر سالمندان با مشکلاتی نظیر دسترسی به خدمات درمانی و مناسب‌سازی مسکن مواجه هستند.با استفاده از دریافت اطلاعات از پایگاه داده scopus، پالایش و اصلاح داده‌ها و مدلسازی آن‌ها در نرم‌افزار vosviewer دریافت شد که در کشورهای توسعه‌یافته، سالخوردگی در مکان به عنوان یکی از راه‌حل‌های اصلی در پاسخ به این چالش‌ها معرفی شده است. این رویکرد بر اهمیت مشارکت اجتماعی سالمندان، ایجاد فضای ایمن و دسترسی آسان به خدمات تاکید دارد. محیط‌های شهری مناسب سالمندان نه تنها به بهبود کیفیت زندگی آنها کمک می‌کند، بلکه از انزوا و مشکلات روانی جلوگیری می‌کند. مقاله همچنین به بررسی چالش‌های موجود در کشورهای در حال توسعه، از جمله ایران، پرداخته و اهمیت افزایش توجه به این موضوع در سیاست‌های شهری و اجتماعی را مورد تاکید قرار داده است. مطالعه در این حوزه نشان می‌دهد که کشورهای پیشرو مانند ایالات متحده، کانادا و انگلستان بیشترین تحقیقات و مقالات را در زمینه سالخوردگی در مکانتولید کرده‌اند، در حالی که کشورهای دیگری مانند ایران، کمتر به این موضوع پرداخته‌اند. به طور کلی، مفهوم سالخوردگی در مکان با تاکید بر محیط فیزیکی، ارتباطات اجتماعی و مشارکت فعال سالمندان در جامعه به عنوان یکی از راه‌حل‌های پایدار برای بهبود کیفیت زندگی سالمندان مطرح شده است.

the article explains the concept of aging in place, which refers to the ability of older adults to remain in their homes and familiar neighborhoods. this approach is based on the idea that by maintaining social interactions and physical activities, older adults can continue living in familiar environments where their physical, social, and psychological needs are met. the article examines the impact of the growing elderly population globally, and particularly in iran. according to global statistics, the elderly population will increase significantly in the coming decades, highlighting the need for new policies and urban planning in areas such as infrastructure and services. many elderly individuals, especially, face challenges such as access to healthcare services and the need for housing adaptation.using data retrieved from the scopus database, refined and modeled in vosviewer software, it was found that in developed countries, aging in place has been introduced as one of the main solutions to address these challenges. this approach emphasizes the importance of social participation for the elderly, the creation of safe environments, and easy access to services. elder-friendly urban environments not only help improve their quality of life but also prevent isolation and psychological problems. the article also discusses the challenges faced by developing countries, including iran, and underscores the importance of increasing attention to this issue in urban and social policies. research in this area shows that leading countries such as the united states, canada, and the united kingdom have produced the most studies and articles on aging in place, while other countries, like iran, have paid less attention to this subject. overall, the concept of aging in place, with an emphasis on the physical environment, social connections, and active participation of the elderly in society, has been proposed as a sustainable solution to improving the quality of life for the elderly.
