ارزیابی موانع پیش روی معلمین تربیت بدنی و ورزش در بکارگیری روش درس‌پژوهی در کلاس‌های مجازی

پیشینه و اهداف: درس‌پژوهی یکی از ارکان توسعه حرفه‌ای معلمان در آموزش و پرورش مدرن است و به‌عنوان یکی از موثرترین و مهم‌ترین روشها برای ارتقای سطح علمی و عملی معلمان و دانش‌آموزان شناخته می‌شود. هدف از تحقیق حاضر، ارزیابی موانع پیش روی معلمین تربیت بدنی و ورزش در بکارگیری درس‌پژوهی در مدارس استان سمنان بود. روش‌ها‌: پژوهش حاضر به لحاظ روش کمی و از نوع پیمایشی، به لحاظ هدف، کاربردی و تحلیل داده‌های آن با مُدل‌سازی معادلات ساختاری انجام شد. جامعه آماری این پژوهش را کلیه معلمین تربیت بدنی و ورزش آموزش و پرورش در استان سمنان تشکیل داد(253= n). نمونه‌گیری تحقیق به‌صورت کل‌شمار انجام گرفت. در تحقیق حاضر پرسشنامه درس‌پژوهی هاکیو و همکاران (2018) مورد استفاده قرار گرفت. برای تجزیه و تحلیل آماری داده‌ها از آزمون‌هایی مثل کلموگروف اسمیرنوف، تی تک نمونه‌ای و برای ساخت الگوی معادلات ساختاری متغیرهای تحقیق از نرم افزار پی‌ال‌اس استفاده شد. یافته‌ها: یافته‌های تحقیق نشان داد موانع موجود در درس‌پژوهی معلمان تربیت بدنی و ورزش شامل ساختار سازمانی متمرکز، فرهنگ سازمانی ضعیف، سبک رهبری دستوری، کمیت و کیفیت پایین فناوری اطلاعات، فرایندهای داخلی، میزان اطلاعات و دانش ضعیف معلمان، عدم تعهد و نوع شخصیت معلمان می‌باشد. نتیجه‌گیری: تدوین سیاست ‌یکپارچه ‌و ‌مدیریت ‌هماهنگ ‌در ‌حوزة درس‌پژوهی مدارس ‌باعث ‌خواهد ‌شد ‌تا‌ فضای مناسب‌تری برای استفاده از فرصت‌های موجود فراهم شود. برای رفع موانع سازمان‌دهی فرصت‌های یادگیری، درس‌پژوهی می‌تواند به ویژه در برنامه‌های پرورش حرفه‌ای معلمان جهت فراهم‌سازی امکان فعال بودن، خلاقیت، گفتگو، یادگیری و پژوهش مشارکتی مفید و موثر باشد.

assessment of the obstacles faced by physical educator in using the lesson study in virtual classes

background and objectives: the purpose of the present research was to evaluate the obstacles faced by physical education and sports teachers in applying lesson study in schools in semnan province. methods: the research used quantitative methods، survey type، purpose، application، and data analysis with structural equation modeling. the statistical population of this research consisted of all physical education and sports teachers in semnan province (n=253). sampling of the research was done as a total number. findings: the findings of the research showed that the obstacles in the lesson study of physical education and sports teachers include centralized organizational structure، weak organizational culture، directive leadership style، low quantity and quality of information technology، internal processes، the amount of information، and poor knowledge of teachers، lack of commitment and the type of personality of teachers. formulating an integrated policy and coordinated management in school studies will provide a more suitable space for using the available opportunities. conclusion: to remove the obstacles of organizing learning opportunities، lesson study can be helpful and practical، especially in the professional training programs of teachers، to provide the possibility of being active، creative، engaging in conversation، learning، and conducting collaborative research.
