تدوین و اعتباریابی بستۀ آموزش انتخاب شغل مبتنی‌بر تئوری انتخاب برای دانش‌آموزان متوسطه

انتخاب شغل یکی از انتخاب‌های مهم زندگی هر فرد است. هدف پژوهش حاضر تدوین و اعتباریابی بستۀ آموزشی انتخاب شغلی مبتنی بر تئوری انتخاب برای دانش‌آموزان دورۀ دوم متوسطه است. این پژوهش به لحاظ هدف از نوع کاربردی و به لحاظ روش از نوع کیفی است. بستۀ آموزشی با روش تحلیل مضمون با مطالعۀ کتاب‌ها و مقالات پیرامون تئوری انتخاب تدوین شد و سپس برای اعتباریابی بستۀ آموزشی، محتویات این بسته برای 25 نفر از افراد جامعۀ آماری که شامل مدرسین و استادان حوزۀ روان‌شناسی بود، ارسال شد. در نهایت 10 نفر از افراد جامعۀ آماری به گویه‌های اعتبارسنجی پاسخ دادند. برای درنظرگرفتن روایی از  شاخص‌های cvi و cvr استفاده شد که شاخص  cvi بالاتر از 0.80 و cvr 0.80  بود که نشان‌دهندۀ این بود که اعتبار بسته از دید خبرگان مناسب است. با توجه به این نتایج، می‌توان از این بسته در مدارس متوسطۀ دوم استفاده نمود.

compilation and validation of career choice training package based on choice theory for secondary students

choosing a job is one of the most important choices in every person's life. the aim of the current research is to compile and validate the educational package of career choice based on choice theory for high school students. the research is functional in terms of purpose and qualitative in terms of method. the educational package was compiled bycontent method and studying books and articles about the choice theory and then to validate the educational package، the package to evaluate the contents of the package was sent to 25 persons from the statistical community which included teachers and professors in the field of psychology، and finally 10 persons answered the questionnaire. cvi andcvr indices were used to consider the validity، and the obtained values were higher than 0.80 and 0.80، respectively، which indicates the appropriate validity of the contents of the package from the experts' point of view. according to these results، this package can be used in secondary schools.
