راهکارهای تربیتی قرآن در مواجهه با انواع فشار‌‌های روحی و روانی در چارچوب مبحث بافت ‌شناسی

ازجمله ساحت‌‌های تربیتی مسائل مربوط به روان آدمی یا تنش‌‌های مربوطه و نحوه مدیریت آن است که در ضمن داستان‌‌های قرآنی و در چارچوب بافت آیات مورد توجه بوده است. در این راستا، پژوهش حاضر با رویکرد نقد و ‌تحلیل، به کاوش پیرامون انواع فشارهای روانی در داستان‌های موجود در دو سوره یوسف و کهف پرداخته است. نتایج نشان داد که برای مقابله با فشارهای روحی- روانی، نیازمند حمایت‌‌های فردی- اجتماعی هستیم و با این مهم می‌‌توان از حجم فشار روانی کاست. طبیعی است که هر تنش روحی، واکنش‌‌هایی را نیز می‌‌طلبد. با این وجود نقش پدر و مربی (معلم) در ابعاد فردی، و نقش مصلحان اجتماعی در بُعد اجتماعی می‌‌تواند به عنوان عناصر تربیتی در کاهش و مدیریت تنش‌‌ها و فشارهای روحی و روانی، بسیار موثر باشد. نمونه‌‌هایی از این حمایت در دو سوره کهف و یوسف معرفی شده‌اند، که این مهم در آیات مورد بحث گاه توسط پدر شخصیت اصلی گرفتار در تنش روحی و روانی (یعقوب)، گاه در قالب معلم شخصیت گرفتار در تنش روحی- روانی (عبد صالح) شکل می‌‌گیرد، و گاه به شکل مقابله در امور اعتقادی و کلان جامعه بروز می‌‌کند، که نمود عینی و تربیتی آن را در داستان مصلحان دینی (اصحاب غار و برخورد آنان با حاکم ظالم و مردمان بی‌ایمان اجتماع) می‌‌توان مشاهده کرد. حجم مدیریت هیجانات روانی موجود در سوره یوسف، بیشتر بُعد فردی را مدنظر دارد و حال آنکه کنترل و مدیریت تنش‌‌های روحی- روانی در سوره کهف، مخصوصاً در داستان جوانمردان، در راستای مدیریت هیجانات اجتماعی جلوه کرده است. بر همین اساس می‌‌توان به ترسیم و چارچوب‌سازی نقش‌‌هایی چون مصلحان دینی در باورانگاری در راستای عقاید دینی و مذهبی همت گماشت، و به ارائه اصولی برای تفهیم ویژگی‌های مصلحان و نقش مسلّط و متمرکز بودن آنها در مواجهه با انواع فشارها به صورت کاملاً کاربردی متمرکز شد و مبلغان دینی را به سلاح مقابله با تکانه‌‌ها مجهز نمود.

among the educational domains, issues related to human psychology, related tensions, and their management are emphasized within quranic stories and the context of verses. this study, with a critique and analysis approach, explores various psychological pressures in the stories of surah yusuf and surah kahf. the results indicate that individual and social support is necessary to cope with psychological pressures, which can reduce the intensity of these pressures. it is evident that each psychological tension requires specific reactions. nonetheless, the role of the father and mentor (teacher) in individual dimensions, and the role of social reformers in the social dimension, can be very effective in reducing and managing psychological tensions and pressures. examples of such support are introduced in the two surahs, kahf and yusuf, where it sometimes appears in the form of the father of the main character facing psychological tension (ya‘qub), at times as the teacher of the character experiencing psychological tension (‘abd al-salih), and sometimes in the form of confronting the general religious and societal beliefs, as seen in the story of the religious reformers (ashab al-kahf and their confrontation with the tyrannical ruler and the faithless society). the management of psychological emotions in surah yusuf primarily focuses on the individual dimension, whereas the control and management of psychological tensions in surah kahf, especially in the story of the young men, emphasize the management of social emotions. accordingly, roles such as religious reformers can be framed and structured for belief cultivation in the context of religious and spiritual convictions, providing principles for understanding the characteristics of reformers and their dominant and focused role in dealing with various pressures, equipping religious preachers with the tools to confront shocks.
