شرایط و موانع پذیرش دعوت مربی، و راهکارهای تحصیل و اجتناب از آن‌ها در اندیشه شهید مطهری؛ براساس آیات قرآن

هدف پژوهش حاضر بررسی شرایط و موانع پذیرش دعوت مربی توسط متربی، و ارائه راهکارهایی در جهت تحصیل شرایط و اجتناب از موانع دعوت مربی است. روش پژوهش کیفی تحلیلی می‌باشد. یافته‌های پژوهش حاکی از آن است که در اندیشه شهید مطهری شرایط پذیرش دعوت مربی، پاک ‌بودن، زنده بودن به حیات فطری، و احساس مسئولیت ‌داشتن متربی بوده و موانع عدم پذیرش آن شامل اثم قلب، زنگار قلب، مختوم شدن دل، از بین رفتن چشم بصیرت، ناشنوا شدن گوش دل، تحریف‌ کتاب نفس، پیروی از عادات پدران و... است. همچنین برخی از راهکارهایی که به دست متربی، برای تحصیل شرایط و اجتناب از موانع صورت می‌گیرند، عبارتند از: اکتساب متعادل ایمان و عبادت، و تنطیم محبت و نفرت. آشنایی با این شرایط و موانع در فرایند تربیت و راه‌های برون‌رفت از آن‌ها، کمک شایانی به مربی و متربی در تربیت صحیح و همه‌جانبه خواهد کرد. درنتیجه، یافته‌های این پژوهش می‌تواند در دوره‌های تربیت مربی مورد استفاده قرار گیرد، تا مربیان با آگاهی هرچه تمام‌تر از شرایط و موانع فرایند تربیت، به این مهم بپردازند.

requirements and impediments to teachers’ invitation، acceptance and avoidance strategies in the ideas of shahid motahhari based on the qur’an’s verses

the purpose of the present research is to review requirements and impediments to accepting teachers’ invitation by students، presenting some strategies to obtain those requirements and avoid impediments in this regard. the research method is qualitative analysis and the results indicate that in the ideas of shahid motahhari، requirements for accepting teachers’ invitation involve innocence، being alive with instinctive life، and teachers’ responsibility. on the other hand، the obstacles which lead to rejecting their invitation include heart’s wickedness، heart’s impurity، heart’s sealing، losing insight، heart’s ear becoming deaf، deviation of soul’s book، following ancestors’ habits and so on. moreover، some strategies used by students to acquire requirements and avoid impediments include: balanced acquisition of faith and prayer، and equilibrium between affection and hatred. familiarity with these conditions and obstacles in the process of education and finding solutions for them can immensely assist teachers and students in appropriate and comprehensive training. as a result، the research results can be used in teachers’ training courses so that they take important measures in this regard with full awareness of conditions and obstacles in the education process.
