تبیین آسیب‌های حوزه تربیت دینی مدارس و ارائه راهبردها و راهکارهای مناسب

پژوهش حاضر با هدف شناخت و معرفی آسیب‌های حوزه تربیت دینی مدارس و ارائه راهبردها و راهکارهای مناسب از دیدگاه صاحب‌نظران حوزه علوم تربیتی انجام شده است. این پژوهش از نوع کیفی بوده و با استفاده از مصاحبه انجام شده است. با توجه به روش پژوهش، جامعه پژوهش شامل ده نفر از صاحب‌نظران حوزه علوم دینی و علوم تربیتی بود و در مصاحبه با این ده نفر، اشباع نظری داده‌ها بدست آمد. نتایج پژوهش بیانگر آن است که مشخص نبودن ساحت‌های تربیت دینی، اشتباه گرفتن اطلاعات دینی به جای تربیت دینی، تضاد میان خانواده و مدرسه در امور دینی، مهم‌ترین آسیب‌ها در بحث تربیت دینی هستند. همچنین متناسب‌سازی آموزش‌های دینی با نیازهای روحی و روانی متربیان و قابل فهم و درک برای آنها، ترویج رویکرد عقل‌ورزی، توجه به تفاوت‌های فردی در برنامه‌ریزی تربیت دینی و...، می‌تواند زمینه برون‌رفت از آسیب‌ها را فراهم کند.

a study of the damages related to religious education in schools and presentation of suitable guidelines and strategies

the present study was conducted with the purpose of recognition and introduction of the damages related to religious education in schools and presentation of some suitable guidelines and strategies from the view of scholars in the realm of educational science. it was qualitative research conducted using some interview sessions. with respect to the research method، the statistical sample consisted of 10 experts in the field of religious and educational science and as a result of interview sessions with them، data theoretical saturation was achieved. the research results indicate that some of the most important damages related to religious education issues include the uncertainty of religious education arenas، confusion between religious information and religious educations، and contradiction between family and school in terms of religious issues. moreover، compatibility between religious education and students' spiritual and mental needs and making the lessons comprehensible for them، propagation of rationality، paying attention to individual differences in religious education planning، … can pave the ground to resolve the damages.
