راهکارهای تسهیل ازدواج از منظر فقهی

مساله ازدواج، مساله ای بسیار ساده و در عین حال مهم و پیچیده است. ازدواج و تشکیل خانواده یکى از حاجت هاى زندگى انسان، بر مبنای اشباع غریزه جنسى، اشتراک در تشکیل زندگى و انس روحى و آرامش فکرى (لِتَسْکُنُوا اِلَیْها) و تربیت فرزندان و همکارى در همه شوون زندگی است. تحقق این امور، بدون زندگى مشترک، حاصل نمى شود؛ چرا که این دو جنس مکمّل با یکدیگر، و مایه شکوفائى و نجات و پرورش یکدیگر مى­ باشند، به­ گونه­ اى که هریک از آن دو، بدون دیگرى ناقص است، و از این طریق تکامل خویش را باز مى یابد. با همۀ این تفاسیر، عده زیادی از جوانان دختر و پسر در سن ازدواج هستند که نمی توانند ازدواج کنند و این مساله به یک غول و گردنه صعب العبور تبدیل شده است. حال آن­ که در گذشته مساله ازدواج به این سختی نبود، لیکن حالا به دلایلی، مشکلاتی ایجاد شده و ازدواج ها سخت شده است. با این بن بست­ ها و مشکلات طاقت فرسایى که جوانان در این راه دارند چه باید کرد؟ آیا با این زندگى ماشینى و آن همه عوارضش، با این توقّعات بیجا، با این اختلاف فکر پدران و مادران و جوانان، با این وضع تحصیلى و هفت­ خوان هایش! و با این وضع تهیّه کار و مشکلاتش، و با این بى اعتمادى افراد نسبت به یکدیگر، باز مى­ توان این وظیفه بزرگ و مقدّس را به موقع انجام داد؟ این­هاست که باید دقیقاً مورد بررسى قرار گیرد و بدون حل آنها، حل نهایى این معضل اجتماعى ممکن نیست.

the issue of marriage is a very simple and at the same time important and complex issue. marriage and forming a family are one of the needs of human life, based on the satisfaction of sexual instinct, participation in the formation of life and spiritual intimacy and peace of mind (let them dwell in it), raising children and cooperation in all aspects of life. the realization of these matters cannot be achieved without living together, because these two sexes complement each other and are the source of each other's prosperity, salvation and upbringing. in such a way that each of the two is incomplete without the other, and in this way it regains its perfection. with all these interpretations, there are a large number of young men and women of marriageable age who cannot get married, and this issue has become a giant and difficult obstacle to overcome. whereas in the past, the issue of marriage was not so difficult, but now, for some reason, problems have arisen and marriages have become difficult. what should be done with these dead ends and overwhelming problems that young people face in this path? with this mechanical life and all its complications, with these unfounded expectations, with this difference of opinion between fathers and mothers and the youth, with this state of education and its seven-year-olds! and with this state of job preparation and its problems, and with this distrust of individuals towards each other, can this great and sacred task still be accomplished on time? these are the issues that must be examined precisely, and without their solution, the final solution to this social problem is not possible.
