ارائه مدل توسعه کارآفرینی در شرکت ملی پالایش فراورده‌های نفتی با رویکرد پیشگیری از آسیب‌های زیست محیطی

هدف از این پژوهش، ارائه مدل توسعه کارآفرینی در شرکت ملی پالایش فراورده‌های نفتی با رویکرد پیشگیری از آسیب‌های زیست محیطی می‌باشد. این پژوهش با توجه به اهداف پژوهش، پژوهشی کاربرد توسعه ای است. در این پژوهش ابتدا با بکارگیری تکنیک تحلیل تم تلاش شد، مدل و اعتبار سنجی آن در «توسعه کارآفرینی در شرکت ملی پالایش فراورده‌های نفتی با رویکرد پیشگیری از آسیب‌های زیست محیطی» ارائه گردد. سپس مدل مذکور در قالب یک پژوهش پیمایشی مورد آزمون قرار گرفت. جامعه آماری پژوهش در بخش کیفی شامل مدیران ارشد سازمان محیط زیست، مشاوران شرکت ملی پالایش فراورده‌های نفتی و  خبرگان دانشگاهی در حوزه کارآفرینی، بوده اند که طبق بررسی اولیه انجام شده، در حدود 12 نفر شناسایی شدند. با توجه به حاکمیت رویکرد کیفی از روش نمونه گیری گلوله برفی استفاده شده است. جامعه آماری در بخش کمی؛ شامل کلیه کارکنان شرکت ملی پالایش فراورده‌های نفتی  به تعداد 951 نفر می‌باشند. که به منظور تعیین حجم نمونه از فرمول کوکران استفاده شده که حجم نمونه برابر با 274 نفر برآورد و بررسی شده است. روش گردآوری اطلاعات در بخش کیفی، مصاحبه و در بخش کنی پرسشنامه می‌باشد. در بخش اول (کیفی) تعیین تم های اصلی و فرعی بمنظور طراحی مدل توسعه کارآفرینی در صنعت ملی پالایش فراورده‌های نفتی با رویکرد پیشگیری از آسیب‌های زیست محیطی، بوسیله تکنیک تحلیل تم با نرم افزارmaxqda2020، صورت گرفته است و سپس در بخش دوم (بخش کمی) یا آزمودن مدل بدست آمده، با نظرسنجی از نمونه های آماری و بکارگیری معادلات ساختاری (sem) با نرم افزار smart pls4 مورد تجزیه تحلیل‌ قرار گرفت. با توجه به نتایج، تم‌های اصلی شامل فرهنگ و جوکارآفرینی سبز، توسعه ساختار و فرایندهای کارآفرینانه سبز، عوامل مدیریتی، عوامل محیطی، توسعه فرصت‌های کارآفرینانه سبز، منابع انسانی کارآفرین و توسعه کارآفرینی سبز، می‌باشد. که در این میان تم اصلی توسعه ساختار و فرایندهای کارآفرینانه سبز در اولویت و اهمیت اول و تم اصلی توسعه فرصت‌های کارآفرینانه سبز، در اولویت و اهمیت دوم، تم اصلی عوامل محیطی در اولویت و اهمیت سوم، تم اصلی فرهنگ و جو کارآفرینی سبز در اولویت و اهمیت چهارم، تم اصلی عوامل مدیریتی در اولویت و اهمیت پنجم، تم اصلی منابع انسانی کارآفرین در اولویت و اهمیت ششم و در نهایت توسعه کارآفرینی سبز در اولویت و اهمیت هفتم قرار دارد. که در نهایت نتایج نشان از معناداری روابط و اجزای مدل ارائه شده دارد.

providing an entrepreneurial development model in the national petroleum refining company with an approach to preventing environmental damage

the purpose of this study is to present an entrepreneurial development model in the national petroleum refining company with an approach to preventing environmental damage. given the research objectives, this study is an applied developmental research. initially, using the thematic analysis technique, an attempt was made to propose and validate a model for entrepreneurial development in the national petroleum refining company with an approach to preventing environmental damage. subsequently, the proposed model was tested through a survey study. the statistical population in the qualitative section consisted of senior managers of the environmental organization, consultants of the national petroleum refining company, and academic experts in the field of entrepreneurship, with an estimated total of 12 individuals identified through an initial review. given the qualitative nature of the study, the snowball sampling method was used. the statistical population in the quantitative section included all employees of the national petroleum refining company, totaling 951 individuals. to determine the sample size, cochran's formula was applied, yielding a sample size of 274 participants for analysis. the data collection method in the qualitative section involved interviews, while in the quantitative section, a questionnaire was employed. in the first phase (qualitative section), the identification of main and sub-themes for designing an entrepreneurial development model in the national petroleum refining company with an approach to preventing environmental damage was conducted using the thematic analysis technique with maxqda2020 software. in the second phase (quantitative section), the obtained model was tested through a survey of statistical samples and analyzed using structural equation modeling (sem) with smart pls4 software. according to the results, the main themes identified include green entrepreneurial culture and climate, the development of green entrepreneurial structures and processes, managerial factors, environmental factors, the development of green entrepreneurial opportunities, entrepreneurial human resources, and green entrepreneurial development. among these, the development of green entrepreneurial structures and processes ranked first in priority and importance, followed by the development of green entrepreneurial opportunities in second place, environmental factors in third place, green entrepreneurial culture and climate in fourth place, managerial factors in fifth place, entrepreneurial human resources in sixth place, and finally, green entrepreneurial development in seventh place. ultimately, the findings indicate the significance of the relationships and components of the proposed model.
