مدیریت داده‌های آموزشی در عصر دیجیتال: چالش‌ها و فرصت‌های تحلیل داده‌محور

این پژوهش به بررسی چالش‌ها و فرصت‌های مدیریت داده‌های آموزشی در عصر دیجیتال با تمرکز بر تحلیل داده‌محور می‌پردازد. این مطالعه از رویکرد کیفی استفاده کرده و داده‌ها از طریق مصاحبه‌های نیمه‌ساختاریافته با 20 نفر از متخصصان و مدیران آموزشی شهر تهران گردآوری شد. مشارکت‌کنندگان به‌صورت هدفمند انتخاب شدند و تحلیل داده‌ها با استفاده از نرم‌افزار nvivo و از طریق روش تحلیل محتوای کیفی انجام گرفت. نتایج نشان داد که چالش‌های اصلی مدیریت داده‌های آموزشی شامل نگرانی‌های مربوط به حریم خصوصی و امنیت داده‌ها، نبود استانداردهای یکپارچه و مقاومت سازمانی در برابر تغییر است. در عین حال، تحلیل داده‌محور فرصت‌هایی مانند بهبود فرآیند تصمیم‌گیری آموزشی، شخصی‌سازی فرآیند یادگیری و بهینه‌سازی منابع آموزشی را فراهم می‌کند. شرکت‌کنندگان تاکید داشتند که پذیرش فناوری‌های نوین و تدوین سیاست‌های مناسب می‌تواند به حل چالش‌های موجود کمک کند. مدیریت داده‌های آموزشی در عصر دیجیتال نیازمند یک رویکرد جامع است که ضمن توجه به چالش‌های امنیتی و فنی، از فرصت‌های ارائه‌شده توسط فناوری‌های نوین برای بهبود فرآیندهای آموزشی استفاده کند. تدوین استانداردهای یکپارچه، ارتقای سطح سواد داده‌ای و سرمایه‌گذاری در زیرساخت‌های فناوری اطلاعات از جمله اقدامات ضروری است.

educational data management in the digital age: challenges and opportunities of data-driven analysis

this study aims to explore the challenges and opportunities of educational data management in the digital age with a focus on data-driven analysis. this qualitative study collected data through semi-structured interviews with 20 educational experts and administrators in tehran. participants were selected purposefully, and data analysis was conducted using nvivo software through qualitative content analysis. the results indicated that the main challenges in educational data management include concerns related to data privacy and security, the lack of unified standards, and organizational resistance to change. however, data-driven analysis offers opportunities such as improving educational decision-making, personalizing the learning process, and optimizing educational resources. participants emphasized that adopting new technologies and developing appropriate policies can help address existing challenges. educational data management in the digital age requires a comprehensive approach that not only addresses security and technical challenges but also leverages emerging technologies to enhance educational processes. developing unified standards, enhancing data literacy, and investing in it infrastructure are crucial steps.
