سلامت روان جنسی در دوران کرونا: یک مطالعه مروری

زمینه و هدف: همه‌گیری ویروس کرونا، دنیا را با چالش بزرگی روبرو کرده و بر بسیاری از ابعاد زندگی اثر گذاشته است. سلامت جنسی یکی از این موارد متاثر است. هدف این پژوهش، بررسی ارتباط سلامت جنسی با همه‌گیری اخیر است.روش: این مطالعه، از نوع مروری روایتی است و برای انجام آن، مقالات چاپ شده به زبان انگلیسی و فارسی، از دسامبر 2019 تا می‌2021، بررسی شدند. جستجو با استفاده از کلیدواژه‌های فارسی «کرونا، کووید-19، سلامت جنسی، رابطه زناشویی، رابطه زوجی» و کلیدواژه‌های انگلیسی covid-19 corona،sexuality،sexual health،relationship،marital/couple relationship،sexual dysfunction،psychological aspects،fertility،safe sex در پایگاه‌های اطلاعاتی ایرانی و بین‌المللی نظیر sid،magiran،pubmed،scopus،google scholar انجام شد؛ تعداد 196 مقاله مورد بررسی قرار گرفتند و در نهایت 45 مقاله مرتبط با هدف مطالعه انتخاب شدند.یافته‌ها: در مطالعات بالینی و اپیدمیولوژیک مورد بررسی، وجود ارتباط بین همه‌گیری کووید-19 و سلامت جنسی و باروری تایید شده است. بنابراین شرایط اخیر، به طور مستقیم وغیرمستقیم، با اثر بر جسم و روان، می‌تواند رابطه زوجی، رابطه جنسی و سلامت باروری را تحت تاثیر قرار دهد.نتیجه‌گیری: با توجه به اهمیت موضوع سلامت جنسی و اثرات قابل توجه آن بر کیفیت زندگی، می‌بایست درمانگران این حیطه را مورد توجه بالینی، ارزیابی و درمان قرار دهند؛ همچنین پیشنهاد می‌شود که به زوجین آموزش‌هایی متناسب دراین زمینه داده شود.

psychosexual health in covid-19 pandemic: a review study

background: the covid-19 pandemic has faced the world a great challenge and affected different aspects of human life. sexual health is one of these affected aspects. the purpose of this study is to investigate the relationship between sexual health and the recent pandemic.methods: this study is a narrative review article. related articles published in english and persian language،from december 2019 to may 2021،were reviewed. the keywords used for this search included: persian keywords corona،covid-19،sexual health،marital relationship،couple relationship and english keywords covid-19،corona،sexuality،sexual health،relationship،marital/couple relationship،sexual dysfunction،psychological aspects،fertility،safe sex. the search was performed in iranian and international databases such as sid،magiran،pubmed،scopus،google scholar. a total of 196 articles were reviewed and finally 45 articles related to the purpose of the study were selected.results: in the clinical and epidemiological studies،the relationship between the covid-19 pandemic and sexual/reproductive health has been confirmed. therefore،the recent condition (pandemic)،can affect marital relationship،sexual relationship and reproductive health،directly and indirectly،through body and psyche.conclusion: considering the importance of sexual health and its significant effects on quality of life،therapists should pay clinical attention to evaluation and treatment of this area; it is also suggested to provide couples with appropriate educations related to this field.
