بررسی رابطه جهت‌گیری مذهبی با تحمل آشفتگی در پرستاران

زمینه و هدف: پرستاران شاغل در بخش‌های مختلف بیمارستان به دلیل شرایط سخت کاری، در معرض مشکلات بهداشت روان قرار دارند، بنابراین شناسایی متغیرهای کمک‌کننده برای بهزیستی روانی آنان مهم و ضروری به نظر می‌رسد. پژوهش حاضربا هدف بررسی رابطه جهت‌گیری مذهبی با تحمل آشفتگی باتوجه به نقش میانجیگری سلامت معنوی در پرستاران انجام شد.روش‌شناسی: پژوهش حاضر همبستگی از نوع الگویابی ‌معادلات ساختاری است. جامعه آماری این پژوهش شامل کلیه پرستاران شهر شیراز بود. حجم نمونه با استفاده از جدول کرجسی و مورگان، 377 نفر تعیین شد که با استفاده از روش نمونه گیری خوشه ای چند مرحله ای انتخاب شدند. ابزارهای مورد استفاده شامل مقیاس تحمل آشفتگی سیمونزوگاهر (2005)، مقیاس جهت‌گیری مذهبیگلریز و براهنی (1353) و مقیاس سلامت معنوی پالوتزیان و الیسون (1982) بود. تجزیه و تحلیل داده ها با روش تحلیل مسیر و به کمک نرم‌افزار amos و spss-21 انجام شد.یافته‌ها: نتایج نشان داد که مدل پیشنهادی از برازش خوبی برخوردار است. براساس نتایج مدل معادلات ساختاری، جهت گیری مذهبی هم به طور مستقیم باعث افزایش تحمل آشفتگی در پرستاران می شود و هم به طور غیرمستقیم و از طریق افزایش سلامت معنوی باعث افزایش تحمل آشفتگی در پرستاران می شود.نتیجه‌گیری: براساس یافته‌های پژوهش مبنی بر تاثیر مثبت جهت گیری مذهبی و سلامت معنوی در مقابله پرستاران با تحمل آشفتگی، می توان با تقویت معنویات و سلامت معنوی پرستاران، به ارتقای تحمل آشفتگی آنها کمک موثری کرد.

examining the relationship between religious orientation and distress tolerance in nurses

background: nurses working in different departments of the hospital are exposed to mental health problems due to their hard-working conditions. hence, it seems important and necessary to identify variables that contribute to their mental well-being.the present study was conducted with the aim of investigating the relationship between religious orientation and distress tolerance, considering the mediation role of spiritual health in nurses.method: the present research is a correlation of structural equation modeling type. the statistical population of this research included all nurses working in public hospitals of shiraz. the sample size was determined using the karjesi and morgan table and a total of 377 participants were selected using the multi-stage cluster sampling method. the instruments used included simmons and gaher's distress tolerance scale (2005), golriz and brahini's religious orientation scale (2003) and palotzian and ellison's (1982) spiritual health scale. data was analysed using the structural equationanalysis method, with the help of amos and spss-21 software.result: the results showed that the evaluated model has a good fit. based on the results of the structural equation model, religious orientation both directly and indirectly through spiritual health increases the distress tolerance in nurses conclusion: spiritual health and religious orientation have an undeniable role in nurse coping with confusion and timely use of their psychological capacity, and on this basis, by strengthening the orientation the religious attitude and spiritual health of the nurses helped to improve their tolerance of distress.
