نگاهی به چالش‌های پژوهش در دانشگاه‌های علوم پزشکی ایران

زمینه و هدف: شناسایی چالش‌های موجود بر سر راه فعالیت‌های تحقیقاتی در کشور، نقش مهمی در ارتقاء کمی و کیفی پژوهش خواهد داشت. روش: پایگاه‌هایmagiran، sid، pubmed، google scholar برای شناسایی مستندات مربوط به چالش‌های پژوهش در دانشگاه‌های علوم پزشکی مورد جستجو قرار گرفت. مطالعات مرتبط با بررسی متن کامل مقالات انتخاب و دیدگاه‌های ذی‌نفعان در خصوص چالش‌های پژوهش در حیطه‌های مختلف مالی، سازمانی، فردی، علمی، فرهنگی و فرآیندی و همچنین عوامل موثر بر چالش‌ها استخراج شد. پس از ارایه گزارش حاصل در کمیته خبرگانی شامل اعضای فرهنگستان علوم پزشکی کلان منطقه هشت در کرمان، نقطه نظرات آنها جمع آوری، جمع بندی و در کنار مستندات مطالعه در تحلیل نهایی مورد استفاده قرار گرفت. یافته‌ها: نتایج 41 مطالعه مرور شده نشان داد که موانع سازمانی و مالی در راس چالش‌های پیش روی پژوهش در دانشگاه‌ها به‌ویژه دانشگاه‌های بزرگ و در همه ادوار گذشته تا حال، قرار داشت، حال آنکه موانع علمی و ماهیتی کمتر از سایر موانع گزارش شده بود. اعضای هیئت علمی و کارکنان پژوهشی بیشتر با موانع مالی روبرو بودند در حالیکه موانع سازمانی چالش‌های مهمتری برای دانشجویان به حساب می‌آمد. چالش‌های پژوهشی در دانشگاه‌ها با عوامل مختلفی به‌ویژه رتبه علمی و مدرک و رشته تحصیلی ذی‌نفعان مرتبط بود. نتیجه‌گیری: توجه ویژه مسئولان و سیاست‌گذاران کشور به چالش‌های ذکر شده در گذشته و نیز بررسی چالش‌های جدید و عوامل موثر بر آنها نقش مهمی در رفع موانع پژوهشی و ارتقای شاخص‌های تحقیقات خواهد داشت.

research challenges in iranian universities of medical sciences

background: identifying the challenges of research activities in the academic atmosphere of the health systems، plays an important role in qualitative and quantitative promotion of research in this era. methods: studies investigating the research barriers in the medical universities of iran were identified via a comprehensive search in national and international databanks such as: magiran، sid، pubmed، google scholar search engine and were selected after investigation of titles، abstracts and full texts. required information including different research challenges from the viewpoint of financial، organizational، individual، scientific and cultural aspects together with different related factors were extracted from the selected studies. in addition، the results of the review were presented in the committee of the academy of medical sciences in the 8th iranian academic study area and the opinions of the committee members were collected by focus group discussion and used for final discussions. research barriers in the medical universities were associated with different factors especially academic rank، academic degree، and field of education. results: research barriers of the iranian medical universities and research centers were extracted from 41 eligible studies. according to the results، organizational and finantial challenges were on the top list of research barriers، while scientific and natural barriers were the least mentioned challenges. the main challenges among the academic members and research staff were financial، while students mainly faced organizational barriers. conclusion: to overcome and manage the research problems، the old research challenges as well as new challenges should be particularly taken into account by the managers and policymakers.
