ارائه راهبردهای توسعه امن اینترنت اشیاء در حوزه سلامت کشور

زمینه و هدف‌: اینترنت اشیاء پزشکی یک انقلاب در حوزه سلامت است که می‌تواند در زمینه‌های مختلف پزشکی از جمله نظارت بر بیمار، سیستم مراقبت از راه دور بیماران، سیستم هشداردهنده موارد اورژانسی، برنامه‌های تناسب اندام، بیماری‌های مزمن و مراقبت از سالمندان مورد استفاده قرار گیرد. بهره‌گیری از این فناوری در کنار فرصت‌های بسیاری که برای حوزه سلامت خواهد داشت چالش‌هایی مانند امنیت و حفظ حریم خصوصی را نیز به همراه دارد. از این رو موضوع توسعه اینترنت اشیاء در کشور یک موضوع راهبردی بوده و بنابراین هدف از این تحقیق ارائه طرح راهبردی توسعه امن اینترنت اشیاء در حوزه سلامت می‌باشد. روش: پژوهش حاضر از نوع کاربردی بوده و روش آن توصیفی- تحلیلی با رویکرد آمیخته است و داده‌های کیفی این تحقیق از مطالعه منابع و مطالعات پژوهش‌های علمی جمع‌آوری شده‌ است. راهبردها با استفاده از روش آی تی یو و پانل خبرگان تدوین شد. جامعه آماری این تحقیق شامل 25 نفر از خبرگان و صاحب‌نظران حوزه سلامت و آشنا با فناوری اینترنت اشیاء بود که با روش نمونه‌گیری هدفمند و تکنیک گلوله برفی تا رسیدن به اشباع نظری انتخاب شدند. یافته‌ها: در این پژوهش، پس از مطالعات و کنکاش‌های مفهومی و محیطی، تعداد 5 هدف، 12 سیاست کلان و 8 راهبرد اساسی برای دستیابی به چشم‌انداز و اهداف تدوین شد.نتیجه‌گیری: نتیجه این پژوهش دستیابی به طرح راهبردی توسعه امن اینترنت اشیاء در حوزه سلامت کشور، شامل اصول و ارزش‌ها، اهداف، سیاست‌های کلان و راهبردهای اساسی با چشم‌انداز «سلامتی بهتر، مراقبت بیشتر، هزینه کمتر با اینترنت اشیاء پزشکی» می‌باشد.

background: internet of medical things is a revolution in health care that can be used in various medical fields, including patient monitoring, remote patient care system, emergency warning system, fitness programs, chronic diseases, and elderly care. taking advantage of this technology brings many challenges along with opportunities. hence, the development of the internet of things in the country is a strategic issue, and therefore the purpose of this research is to provide a strategic plan for the secure development of the internet of things in the health sector.methods: the current research is of an applied type and its method is descriptive-analytical with a mixed approach (quantitative and qualitative) and the qualitative data of this research has been collected from the study of scientific research sources and studies. the strategies were compiled using the itu method and a panel of experts. the statistical population of this research includes 25 experts in the field of health familiar with the internet of things technology, who were selected using the purposeful sampling method and the snowball technique until reaching theoretical saturation.results: in this research, 5 goals, 12 macro policies and 8 basic strategies were compiled to achieve the vision and goals.conclusion: the result of this research was reaching a strategic plan for the secure development of the internet of things in the health sector, including principles and values, goals, macro policies and basic strategies with the perspective of better health, more care, lower cost with the internet of medical things.
