اعتبارسنجی آموزش بهداشت فردی در مدارس ابتدایی در شرایط کرونا

زمینه و هدف: نقش و اهمیت آموزش بهداشت فردی از سنین کودکی در مدارس و به‌ویژه در شرایط خاص شیوع بیماری‌ها اهمیتی دوچندان خواهد داشت. بنابراین هدف پژوهش حاضر اعتبارسنجی آموزش بهداشت فردی در مدارس ابتدایی در شرایط کرونا بود. روش: تحقیق حاضر از نوع تحقیقات آمیخته (کیفی- کمی) بود. جامعه آماری شامل تمامی مراقبان سلامت و معلمان ابتدایی در سال تحصیلی 1399 تا 1400 شهرستان خمینی‌شهر بود. با استفاده از روش نمونه گیری هدفمند و تا حد اشباع نظری حجم نمونه 16 نفر انتخاب شدند. ابزار جمع‌آوری اطلاعات در بخش کیفی مصاحبه نیمه ساختاریافته و در بخش کمی پرسشنامه محقق ساخته با ضریب پایایی 0.97 بود. تحلیل مضامین کیفی، ترسیم شبکه مضامین و مدل مفهومی با نرم‌افزار maxqda10 انجام شد. در بخش کمی برای اعتبارسنجی از ضریب توافق سنج لاوشه (cvr) استفاده شد.یافته‌ها: 34 مضمون در سه زمینه روش‌های آموزش بهداشت فردی، موضوع و محتوای آموزش بهداشت فردی و اهداف آموزش بهداشت فردی استخراج گردید. 12 مضمون در زمینه روش‌های موثر مستقیم و غیرمستقیم آموزش بهداشتی فردی در مقطع ابتدایی بود. 11 مضمون در زمینه موضوع و محتوای آموزش بهداشت فردی محیط زندگی، فردی، لباس، بدن، دست‌ها، چشم‌ها، موی سر، دهان و دندان، پیشگیری از بیماری‌ها و آموزش ورزش‌های جسمی استخراج گردید. از 34 مضمون نیز 11 مضمون در زمینه اهداف آموزش بهداشت فردی بود. همچنین نتایج اعتبارسنجی توافق‌سنج لاوشه (cvr) تمامی مضامین اصلی بالاتر از 0.49 را تایید کرد.نتیجه‌گیری: مدل طراحی شده می‌تواند راهنمای معلمان و مراقبان سلامت مدارس ابتدایی در ارایه آموزش بهداشت فردی موثرتر به دانش آموزان باشد.

validation of personal health education in primary schools during covid-19 epidemics

background: the role and importance of personal health education from childhood in schools and particulary in the special conditions of disease outbreak is of dual importance. therefore, the aim of the present study was to validate personal hygiene education in elementary schools in the conditions of covid-19 outbreak.methods: the current research was a mixed type of study (quantitative-qualitative). the statistical population included all healthcare workers and primary teachers in the academic year of 2019-2020 in khomeini shahr. sixteen people were selected using the purposeful sampling method and up to the theoretical saturation of the sample size. the data collection tool in the qualitative part was a semi-structured interview and in the quantitative part was a researcher-made questionnaire with a reliability coefficient of 0.97. qualitative theme analysis, theme network drawing and conceptual model were performed with maxqda10 software. in the quantitative part, the coefficient of agreement (cvr) was used for validation.results: thirty-four topics were extracted in three areas: methods of personal health education, subject and content of personal health education, and goals of personal health education. twelve topics were in the field of effective direct and indirect methods of personal health education in elementary school. eleven themes were extracted in the field of the topic and content of personal health education, living environment, individual, clothes, body, hands, eyes, hair, mouth and teeth, prevention of diseases and training of physical sports. out of the 34 topics, 11 topics were related to personal health education goals. also, validation results of lavshe's agreement-meter (cvr) confirmed all the main themes above 0.49.conclusion: the designed model can be a guide for teachers and healthcare workers of primary schools in providing more effective personal health education to students.
