گزارش یک مورد تومور گلیوبلاستوما در یک قلاده گربه موکوتاه (dsh)

گلیوبلاستوما نوعی گلیومای بدخیم و مهاجم است. این تومور دومین تومور شایع cns در سگ ها و سومین یا چهارمین تومور شایع در گربه ها هست. بسیاری از دانش فعلی مربوط به گلیوما درحیوانات از این واقعیت برگرفته شده که این تومورها ویژگی های بالینی و پاتولوژیک قابل توجه مشترکی با همتای خود در انسان دارند. از این ویژگی های مشترک می توان به نکروز و تکثیر عروقی این تومور اشاره کرد. علائم بالینی آن می تواند شامل آتاکسی، فشار دادن سر به اجسام سخت، چرخش سر به یکی از طرفین و نیستاگموس باشد.یک قلاده گربه dsh ماده، 8 ساله، با وزن تقریبی 4 کیلوگرم، با علائم عصبی، فشار سر به دیوار و نیستاگموس پس از سه روز تلف شد و برای کالبدشکافی ارجاع داده شد. در کالبدشکافی مغز، یک توده در لوب گیجگاهی یافت شد. جهت تهیه مقاطع هیستوپاتولوژیک و تست های ایمونوشیمی نمونه های بافتی مناسب از توده توموری جدا و در فرمالین بافر 10 % تثبیت شد. سپس نمونه ها با عبور از مراحل مختلف و معمول پروسسینگ بافتی، در قالبهای پارافینی قرار گرفته، مقاطع بافتی به ضخامت 4 میکرون تهیه و به روش رایج h e رنگ آمیزی شدند. همچنین برای ایمنوهیستوشیمی پس از تهیه مقطع بافتی به روش رایج، رنگ آمیزی های gfap و s100 انجام شد. با بررسی هیستوپاتولوژیک مقاطع h e و مثبت شدن تست های ایمنوهیستوشیمی، تشخیص گلیوبلاستوما داده شد.

39 glioblastoma is a malignant and invasive glioma. this is the second most common cns tumor in dogs and the third or fourth most common tumor in cats. the current knowledge about gliomas in animals is derived from the fact that these tumors share significant clinical and pathological features with their human counterparts. among these common features, we can mention necrosis and vascular proliferation in this tumor. its clinical symptoms include ataxia, pressing the head against hard objects, turning the head to one side, and nystagmus. a female dsh cat, 8 years old, weighing about 4 kg, presented with neurological symptoms, head pressure against the wall, and nystagmus. she died after three days and was referred for an autopsy. the brain necropsy revealed a mass in the temporal lobe. to prepare histopathological sections and immunochemical tests, appropriate tissue samples were separated from the tumor mass and fixed in 10% buffered formalin. after stabilization, the samples were placed in paraffin molds by going through different and usual stages of tissue processing. tissue sections with a thickness of 4 microns were prepared and stained by the routine h e method. also, for immunohistochemistry, gfap and s100 staining was done after the preparation of the tissue section by routine method. glioblastoma was diagnosed after taking samples, observing h e histopathology sections, and positive immunohistochemical tests.
