گزارش یک مورد ناهنجاری هیدروسفالی در بره

هیدروسفالی یک اختلال سیستم عصبی است که با افزایش فشار داخل جمجمه و بزرگ شدن سر مشخص می شود. افزایش فشار داخل جمجمه پیامد مستقیم تجمع مایع در سیستم بطنی است. این وضعیت می تواند تقریباً همه گونه های حیوانی از جمله حیوانات اهلی مانند گاو،  گوسفند، بز، سگ و گربه را تحت تاثیر قرار دهدیک بره که با سزارین متولد شده بود و دچار ناهنجاری هیدروسفالی بود بعد از تلف شدن در سالن تشریح دانشکده دامپزشکی مورد ارزیابی بیومتریکی و تشریحی قرار گرفت همچمین کشت مایع مغزی در بخش میکروب شناسی و قارچ شناسی مورد ارزیابی قرار گرفت. نتایج این مطالعه نشان داد که این ناهنجاری دلیل باکتریایی  و قارچی نداشت بنابراین به احتمال فراوان می تواند ناشی از بحث تغذیه و آلودگی در تغذیه گوسفند مادر یا کمبود ریز مغذی ها و یا عامل ویروسی باشد نقص شناختی و جسمی می تواند در نتیجه هیدروسفالی رخ دهد.پاتوفیزیولوژی هیدروسفالی نامشخص است. در حالی که نظریه گردش خون به طور گسترده ای به عنوان یک فرضیه برای ایجاد هیدروسفالی پذیرفته شده است، فقدان اثبات کافی در موقعیت های بالینی و در محیط های تجربی وجود دارد. با این حال، شواهد فزاینده ای وجود دارد که شیب اسمزی مسئول محتوای آب بطن های مغز است، مشابه حضور آنها در سایر اندام های نفوذپذیر آب در بدن. بنابراین، اختلالات مغزی که منجر به ماکرومولکول های اضافی در csf بطنی می شود، شیب اسمزی را تغییر داده و منجر به هیدروسفالی می شود.

hydrocephalus is a nervous system disorder characterized by increased intracranial pressure and head enlargement. increased intracranial pressure is a direct consequence of fluid accumulation in the ventricular system. this condition can affect almost all animal species, including domestic animals such as cattle, sheep, goats, dogs, and cats.a lamb that was born by caesarean section and had hydrocephalus abnormality was evaluated biometrically and anatomically after dying in the dissection hall of the faculty of veterinary medicine, as well as cerebrospinal fluid culture was evaluated in the department of microbiology and mycology.the results of this study showed that this abnormality did not have a bacterial or fungal cause, so it is very likely that it can be caused by the issue of nutrition and contamination in the feeding of the mother sheep, or a lack of micronutrients, or a viral factor.cognitive and physical defects can occur as a result of hydrocephalus. the pathophysiology of hydrocephalus is unclear. while the circulation theory is widely accepted as a hypothesis for the development of hydrocephalus, there is a lack of sufficient proof in clinical situations and in experimental settings. however, there is increasing evidence that osmotic gradients are responsible for the water content of brain ventricles, similar to their presence in other water-permeable organs in the body. therefore, brain disorders that result in excess macromolecules in the ventricular csf alter the osmotic gradient and lead to hydrocephalus.
