تاثیر استفاده از مخلوط پودر زیره سبز و سیاه بر عملکرد، برخی فراسنجه‌های بیوشیمیایی سرم و ریخت شناسی بافت روده باریک در بلدرچین های نر ژاپنی

این تحقیق به منظور بررسی استفاده از مخلوط پودر زیره سبز و زیره سیاه بر عملکرد، برخی فراسنجه‌های بیوشیمیایی سرم و ریخت شناسی بافت روده باریک در بلدرچین‌های نر ژاپنی اجرا گردید. در این آزمایش تعداد 160 قطعه بلدرچین نر ژاپنی در قالب طرح کاملاً تصادفی متعادل با چهار تیمار، چهار تکرار و تعداد 10 قطعه بلدرچین در هر تکرار از سن 7 تا 35 روزگی به صورت پرورش در قفس استفاده شد. مکمل مخلوط پودر زیره سبز و سیاه در چهار سطح صفر (شاهد)، 0.5، 1 و 1.5 درصد در جیره‌ استفاده شد. نتایج نشان داد که استفاده از مخلوط پودر زیره سبز و سیاه بر مقدار مصرف خوراک، افزایش وزن و ضریب تبدیل خوراک در مقایسه با تیمار شاهد تفاوت آماری معنی‌دار نداشت. همچنین وزن لاشه، سینه، ران، پیش معده، سنگدان، روده و قلب به‌طور معنی‌داری تحت تاثیر تیمارها قرار نگرفت. مقدار کلسترول سرم خون به‌طور معنی‌داری  کاهش یافت (0.05≥p). گلوکز سرم به‌طور معنی‌داری در تیمار حاوی 0.5 درصد از مخلوط پودر زیره سبزو سیاه افزایش یافت (0.05≥p). پروتئین کل به‌طور معنی‌داری در تیمار  1.5 درصد مخلوط زبره سبز و سیاه افزایش یافت  (0.05≥p).  تری‌گلیسرید سرم در تیمارهای استفاده کننده از پودر زیره‌ سبز و سیاه به صورت معنی‌داری (0.05≥p) کاهش یافت (0.05≥p). مقدار اسید‌اوریک سرم در جیره دارای یک درصد پودر مخلوط زیره سبز و سیاه به طور معنی‌داری (0.05≥p) بیشتر از سایر تیمارها بود. بین طول، عرض، ارتفاع پرز و لایه مخاطی روده باریک در تیمارهای مصرف کننده پودر زیره سبز و سیاه با تیمار شاهد تفاوت معنی‌داری وجود نداشت. به‌طور کلی نتایج این تحقیق نشان داد که استفاده از پودر زیره سبز و زیره سیاه در بلدرچین های نر ژاپنی قابل توصیه است.

the effect of using a mixture of cumin and black cumin powder on the performance, some serum biochemical parameters and the morphology of the small intestine tissue in male japanese quails

this research was carried out in order to investigate the use of cumin and black cumin powder mixture on performance, some biochemical parameters of serum and morphology of small intestine tissue in male japanese quails. in this experiment, 160 pieces of japanese male quail were used in a completely randomized balanced design with four treatments, four replications and 10 pieces of quail in each replication from the age of 7 to 35 days. the supplement of mixed green and black cumin powder was used at four levels of zero (control), 0.5, 1 and 1.5% in the diet. the results showed that the use of a mixture of cumin and black cumin powder had no statistically significant difference on the amount of feed consumption, weight gain and feed conversion ratio compared to the control treatment. also, the weight of the carcass, breast, thigh, pre-stomach, gizzard, intestine and heart was not significantly affected by the treatments. the amount of blood serum cholesterol decreased significantly (p≤0.05). serum glucose significantly increased in the treatment containing 0.5% of the mixture of green and black cumin powder (p≤0.05). total protein significantly increased in the treatment of 1.5% green and black zebrafish mixture (p≤0.05). serum triglyceride decreased significantly (p≤0.05) in treatments using black and green cumin powder (p≤0.05). the amount of serum uric acid in the diet with 1% mixed powder of green and black cumin was significantly (p≤0.05) higher than other treatments. there was no significant difference between the length, width, height of the villi and the mucous layer of the small intestine in the treatments using green and black cumin powder and the control treatment. in general, the results of this research showed that the use of cumin and black cumin powder in male japanese quails is recommended.
