متاورس و شهر هوشمند

شهرها از آغاز پیدایش و حیات خود تاکنون، بستر و کانون فعالیت ها و تحولات اقتصادی-اجتماعی و سیاسی-کالبدی بوده اند. بشر از آغاز حیات تاکنون، دو انقلاب مهم کشاورزی و صنعتی را پشت سر گذارده و در حال گذراندن انقلاب سوم یعنی انقلاب اطلاعاتی است که همواره موجب تغییر در شهرها و نحوه زندگی شهروندان شده که این نیز خود موجب تغییر در شهرها و مولفه های سازنده اش می شود. این انقلاب اطلاعاتی، هر روز تحت تاثیر فناوری های جدید قرار می گیرد. متاورس، یکی از این فناوری های نوین با پتانسیل بالا بوده که از آن به عنوان بعد آینده فناوری و جایگزین آینده اینترنت یاد می شود و در حال ظهور و گسترش در شهرها است. متاورس به عنوان ترکیبی از واقعیت مجازی و فیزیکی، دنیای مجازی و واقعیت را ادغام نموده و پتانسیل بالایی در شهرها و برنامه ریزی برای آن وجود دارد. در رشد هوشمند شهری و شهرهای هوشمند، همواره شهرهای الکترونیک، مجازی و دیجیتال در حال به روز شدن هستند. در جدیدترین نوع این شهرها می توان از شهرهای همزاد و متاورسی سخن به میان آورد که با گسترش متاورس در حال چرخش مطالعاتی و کاربردی هستند. در این پژوهش، شهرهای متاورسی و تاثیر متاورس در شهرها در چهار مولفه مهم شهر هوشمند شامل شهروندان هوشمند به عنوان سهامداران و بازیگران اصلی شهر، حمل ونقل هوشمند به عنوان جزء مهمی از شهر، گردشگری هوشمند به عنوان جزء مهمی از اقتصاد امروزی شهرها و امنیت هوشمند به عنوان جزء مهمی از زندگی شهروندان مورد بررسی قرار خواهد گرفت. این پژوهش، پژوهشی کتابخانه ای و بر مبنای رویکرد توصیفی-تحلیلی از منابع به روز و معتبر است. نتایج کلی پژوهش نشان داد که متاورس در دنیای امروزی در حال گسترش روزافزون، چه از لحاظ مطالعات دانشگاهی و چه در مقیاس عمل و پیاده سازی است و شهرهای هوشمند آینده اصولاً شهرهایی هوشمند و متاورسی خواهند بود.

metaverse and smart cities

since the inception and establishment of cities، they have served as the foundation and hub for economic-social، political، and physical-spatial transformations. throughout history، humanity has undergone two major revolutions: the agricultural revolution and the industrial revolution، and is currently experiencing the third revolution—the information revolution—which continues to impact cities and the way citizens live. this، in turn، leads to changes in the cities and the components that constitute them. the information revolution is increasingly influenced by new technologies. the metaverse، one of these new technologies with great potential، is considered as the future of technology and a possible replacement for the future internet. it is emerging and expanding within cities. the metaverse، as a combination of virtual and physical realities، merges the virtual world with the real one، holding high potential for urban planning and development. in the context of smart urban growth and smart cities، cities that are electronic، virtual، and digital are continuously evolving. the newest form of these cities can be referred to as metaverse cities، which، with the expansion of the metaverse، are experiencing both theoretical and practical developments. this study explores metaverse cities and the impact of the metaverse on cities regarding four key components of smart cities، including smart citizens as the main stakeholders and actors in the city، smart transportation as a crucial element of the city، smart tourism as an important part of the contemporary urban economy، and smart security as a vital aspect of citizens' lives. this research is a library-based study utilizing a descriptive-analytical approach، drawing on updated and credible sources. the overall results of the study indicate that the metaverse is increasingly expanding in today's world، both in terms of academic studies and practical implementation. future smart cities will essentially be smart and metaverse cities.
