سنجش وضعیت مناطق شهری زاهدان با تاکید بر مولفه های امنیتی شهر هوشمند

شهر هوشمند، شهری نوآور با توسعه پایدار اقتصادی، زندگی باکیفیت و مجهز به زیرساخت های مدرن است که در آن، فرآیندهای خدماتی، اقتصادی، اجتماعی و حاکمیتی به صورت دقیق، سریع و آسان انجام خواهد شد. مدیران شهرها عمدتاً با هدف مدرن سازی فرآیند ارائه خدمات، ایجاد فرصت های تجاری و اقتصادی و ارتقای سطح زندگی شهروندان، به دنبال هوشمندسازی هستند. تامین امنیت شهر هوشمند، یک ابتکار جهانی، نه برای سود بیشتر بلکه با هدف حل مشکلات امنیت موجود و آینده شهرهای هوشمند از طریق همکاری بین شرکت ها، دولت ها، رسانه ها و ابتکارات افراد در سراسر جهان است. هدف این تحقیق، ارزیابی وضعیت مناطق شهری زاهدان با تاکید بر مولفه های امنیتی شهر هوشمند بود. روش تحقیق با توجه به ماهیت پژوهش، توصیفی- تحلیلی و از نظر هدف کاربردی است. جهت گردآوری و تهیه اطلاعات موردنیاز از روش های میدانی و کتابخانه ای بهره گرفته شد. در بخش میدانی برای جمع آوری داده ها از ابزار پرسشنامه استفاده شد. جامعه آماری پژوهش، 11 نفر از متخصصان در مناطق شهری زاهدان است. با استفاده از روش های تصمیم گیری چند معیاره (مدل تاپسیس (topsis))، مناطق شهر زاهدان از لحاظ مولفه های شهر هوشمند و امنیت اولویت بندی گردید. نتایج به دست آمده از شاخص ها حاکی از آن است که منطقه های دارای رتبه برتر از نظر مولفه های امنیتی شهر هوشمند در مناطق شهری زاهدان، به ترتیب منطقه 1 با امتیاز تاپسیس 1 و بعد از آن، منطقه های 2 و 5 با امتیاز تاپسیس 0.2382 و 0.2338 و در انتها نیز مناطق 4 و 3 هستند.

assessing the status of urban areas in zahedan with an emphasis on smart city security components

a smart city is an innovative city with sustainable economic development، high-quality life and equipped with modern infrastructures in which service، economic، social and governance processes will be carried out accurately، quickly and easily. the managers of the cities are pursuing intelligentization mainly with the aim of modernizing the process of providing services، creating commercial and economic opportunities and improving the living standards of citizens. securing the smart city is a global initiative not for more profit، but with the aim of solving the existing and future security problems of smart cities through cooperation between companies، governments، media and individual initiatives around the world. the purpose of this research was to evaluate the condition of the urban areas of zahedan with an emphasis on the security components of the smart city. according to the nature of the research، the research method is descriptive-analytical and practical in terms of purpose. in order to collect and prepare the required information، field and library methods have been used. in the field section، a questionnaire was used to collect data. the statistical population of the research consists of 11 specialists in the urban areas of zahedan. using multi-criteria decision-making methods (topsis model)، zahedan city areas were prioritized in terms of smart city and security components. the results obtained from the indicators indicate that the regions with the highest ranking in terms of the security components of the smart city in the urban areas of zahedan are respectively region 1 with a topsis score of 1 and after that، regions 2 and 5 with topsis scores of 0.2382 and 0.2338 and at the end are regions 4 and 3.
