سنجش میزان هوشمندی شهرها در راستای پایداری شهری مطالعه موردی: شهر چابهار

مشکلات مربوط به محیط زیست و نیاز به توسعه شهرهای پایدارتر، کانون بسیاری از پروژه های شهر هوشمند است به طوری که در بسیاری از کشورهای توسعه یافته، شهرهای هوشمند بر مسائل مربوط به انرژی و پایداری تمرکز کرده اند. هدف این پژوهش، سنجش میزان هوشمندی شهرها در راستای پایداری در شهر چابهار است. پژوهش حاضر از لحاظ نوع و هدف، کاربردی و از جنبه روش جمع آوری داده ها، توصیفی-تحلیلی است. برای جمع آوری اطلاعات از روش کتابخانه ای و میدانی و پرسشنامه استفاده شده است. جامعه آماری تحقیق، شهروندان شهر چابهار به تعداد 106739 نفر بود. حجم نمونه از طریق فرمول کوکران، 335 نفر است. نتایج نشان داد که شاخص های شهر هوشمند در شهر چابهار در وضعیت نامطلوب قرار دارد. همچنین، معیار اقتصاد هوشمند با مقدار وزن 0.279 در رتبه اول قرار دارد و به عنوان مهم ترین معیار تاثیرگذار هوشمندسازی شهرها در راستای پایداری شهری انتخاب شده است. معیار دولت هوشمند با مقدار وزن 0.217 در رتبه دوم، معیار تحرک هوشمند با مقدار وزن 0.195 در رتبه سوم، معیار زندگی هوشمند با مقدار وزن 0.162 در رتبه چهارم، معیار محیط هوشمند با مقدار وزن 0.101 در رتبه پنجم و سرانجام، معیار شهروند هوشمند با مقدار وزن 0.060 در رتبه ششم قرار دارد.

environmental problems and the need to develop more sustainable cities are the focus of many smart city projects. so that، smart cities in many developed countries have focused on issues related to energy and sustainability. the purpose of this research is to measure the level of smartness of cities in the direction of sustainability in chabahar city. the current research is applied in terms of the type and purpose of the research، and descriptive-analytical in terms of the data collection method. library and field methods and questionnaires were used to collect information. the statistical population of the research was 106،739 citizens of chabahar city. the sample size is 335 people through cochran's formula. the results showed that the smart city indicators in chabahar city are in an unfavorable situation. also، the smart economy criterion with a weight value of 0.279 is in the first place and has been chosen as the most important effective criterion of smartening cities in line with urban sustainability. the criterion of the smart government is ranked second with a weight of 0.217. the criterion of smart mobility is ranked third with a weight value of 0.195. the standard of intelligent life is ranked fourth with a weight of 0.162. the criterion of smart environment with a weight value of 0.101 is in the fifth place and the criterion of a smart citizen is in the sixth place with a weight value of 0.060.
