برنامه ریزی راهبردی توسعه شهر بوشهر مطابق اصول شهر هوشمند

در چند سال اخیر، توجه ویژه‌‌ای به توسعه‌‌های مبتنی بر هوشمندسازی شهرها معطوف شده است. این رویکرد مهم در امر برنامه‌ریزی در سال‌های اخیر ورود پیدا کرده و به مسئولان یک شهر اجازه می‌دهد تا به‌صورت مستقیم با جامعه و زیرساخت‌های شهری تعامل برقرار نموده و به نیازهای شهر و شهروندان پاسخ دهند. از مزایا و تبعات به‌کارگیری این رویکرد، ادغام فناوری اطلاعات و ارتباطات و دستگاه‌های فیزیکی مختلف متصل به شبکه اینترنت اشیاء برای بهینه‌سازی فرآیندهای شهری، خدمات‌دهی بهینه و ارتباط با شهروندان است. تکنیک مورد استفاده در این پژوهش سوات است. تحقیق حاضر بر آن است تا با ملاک قرار دادن مولفه‌های بومی‌‌شده و کاربردی متناسب با شرایط محلی اقدام به تعریف هوشمندسازی شهر نماید. ازاین‌رو، با استفاده از روش تحلیلی سوات به ارزیابی مشکلات پرداخته و متناسب با راهبردهای منتج از روش، اقدام به تعریف هوشمندسازی شهر شده است. برخی از راهبرد‌ها برای تبدیل بوشهر به شهر هوشمند عبارت‌اند از ارتقاء آموزش، تشویق شهروندان به استفاده از حمل‌ونقل عمومی، کاهش هزینه‌های اتصال به اینترنت و غیره.

in recent years, special attention has been paid to developments based on smart cities. this important approach to planning has entered in recent years and allows city officials to interact directly with the community and urban infrastructure and respond to the needs of the city and its citizens. the approach of integrating information and communication technology and different physical devices connected to the iot network is to optimize urban processes and provide optimal services and communication with citizens. the technique used in this research is swot. the present study aims to meet the criteria. placing localized and applied components in accordance with local conditions to define the smart city, therefore, using the swot analytical method to evaluate the problems and in accordance with the strategies resulting from the method to define the smart city. strategies to make bushehr a smart city include: improving education, encouraging citizens to use public transportation, reducing internet connection costs, and more.
