نقش نهاد آموزش و پرورش در پیشگیری اجتماعی و وضعی از جرایم سایبری دانش آموزان

زمینه و هدف: با توجه به اینکه مقطع دانش‌ آموزی دوره مهمی برای تعلیم و تربیت بوده و آموزش قانون‌ مداری، حقوق شهروندی و عدم ارتکاب جرم یکی از اهداف اصلی بنیاد سیستم آموزشی است، لذا نهاد آموزش ‌و پرورش یکی از پراهمیت‌ترین سازمان‌های تربیتی و تاثیرگذار در حوزه پیشگیری از بزهکاری محسوب می‌شود. بر این اساس، پژوهش حاضر با هدف تبیین نقش نهاد آموزش‌وپرورش در پیشگیری ثانویه از جرائم سایبری دانش‌آموزان انجام گرفته است.روش: پژوهش حاضر با روش توصیفی-تحلیلی نگارش یافته است.یافته‌ها و نتایج: نهاد آموزش‌وپرورش با شناسایی دانش‌آموزانی که مستعد بزهکاری سایبری هستند، با اتخاذ اقداماتی، به پیشگیری از بزهکاری سایبری آن‌ها اقدام می‌کند؛ که تصمیمات مذکور شامل بررسی مقدماتی و شناسایی، به‌کارگیری تدابیر حمایتی از کودک در معرض خطر در مدرسه و پیگیری سرنوشت کودک در معرض خطر، تبیین و نهادینه‌سازی فرهنگ استفاده صحیح از فضای سایبر، اعلام جرم‌بودن یک عمل و اطلاع‌رسانی نسبت به آن، آگاه‌سازی کاربران و آمادگی مقابله با جرائم سایبری، آموزش فرهنگ استفاده از فضای مجازی، آموزش‌های مذهبی و معنوی در پیشگیری از بزهکاری سایبری و آموزش رفتار مدنی در پیشگیری از بزهکاری سایبری است.

the role of the education institution in social and situational prevention of cybercrime by students

field and aims: considering that the student period is an important period for education and training, and teaching law-abiding behavior, citizenship rights, and non-commitment to crime is one of the main goals of the educational system, the education institution is considered one of the most important and influential educational organizations in the field of crime prevention. accordingly, the present study was conducted with the aim of explaining the role of the education institution in secondary prevention of cybercrimes among students.method: this study has been conducted using a descriptive-analytical method.findings and conclusions: the education system identifies students who are at risk of cybercrime and takes measures to prevent their involvement in such crimes. these measures include preliminary assessment and identification, implementing protective measures for at-risk children in schools, monitoring the situation of at-risk children, promoting and institutionalizing a culture of proper use of cyberspace, informing about the criminality of certain acts, raising user awareness and preparedness to combat cybercrimes, educating on responsible use of virtual space, providing religious and spiritual education to prevent cybercrime, and teaching civic behavior as a means of preventing cybercrime.
