مقایسه الگوهای مصرف مواد مخدر و دلایل آن در بین زنان و مردان

زمینه و هدف: مصرف مواد مخدر به‌عنوان یکی از چالش‌های جدی اجتماعی، دلایل و الگوهای متفاوتی در بین زنان و مردان دارد که بررسی این تفاوت‌ها می‌تواند به درک عمیق‌تر از عوامل موثر بر مصرف و طراحی برنامه‌های پیشگیری و درمانی هدفمند کمک کند. این پژوهش با هدف مقایسه الگوهای مصرف مواد مخدر و دلایل آن در میان زنان و مردان انجام شده است. به این منظور، روش: پس از جمع‌آوری داده‌ها از طریق پرسش‌نامه و مصاحبه با سیصد نفر از زندانیان قاچاق مواد مخدر و سیصد نفر از بزه دیدگان(معتادان) مواد مخدر در مشهد، نتایج مورد تحلیل و بررسی قرار گرفته است.یافته ها و نتایج: یافته‌ها نشان می‌دهد که عوامل اجتماعی، روان‌شناختی و اقتصادی در شکل‌گیری الگوهای مصرف مواد نقش مهمی دارند، اما شدت و نوع این عوامل در دو گروه جنسیتی متفاوت است. به‌عنوان مثال، زنان بیشتر تحت تاثیر فشارهای روانی و روابط خانوادگی قرار دارند، در حالی که مردان بیشتر به‌دلیل مسائل اقتصادی و تاثیرپذیری از گروه‌های همسالان به مصرف روی می‌آورند. این نتایج نشان‌دهنده نیاز به رویکردهای تفکیکی در برنامه‌های مداخله‌ای و درمانی است که با توجه به ویژگی‌های جنسیتی و روان‌شناختی، کارآمدی بیشتری خواهند داشت. همچنین نتایج پژوهش نشان داد که درصد بالایی از قاچاقچیان و معتادان قاچاق مواد مخدر مردان هستند و در این خصوص اختلاف فاحشی میان زنان و مردان وجود دارد، هر چند تعداد زنان بزه دیده به نسبت زنان قاچاقی مواد مخدر به مراتب بیشتر است.

comparing patterns of drug use and that’s reasons between women and men

field and aims: drug use, as one of the serious social challenges, has different reasons and patterns between men and women, and the examination of these differences can help to gain a deeper understanding of the factors affecting drug use and the design of targeted prevention and treatment programs. this research was conducted with the aim of comparing the patterns of drug use and that’s reasons between women and men.method: this research is applied in terms of its purpose and descriptive and analytical in terms of its method. questionnaire technique has been used to collect information. the statistical population includes drug trafficking prisoners and drug victims (addicts) in the city of mashhad, using the sample size formula, there are 300 drug trafficking prisoners and 300 drug victims. the analysis of the collected data was at the level of statistical description using descriptive tables and graphs.findings and conclusions: the findings show that social, psychological and economic factors play an important role in the formation of drug consumption patterns, but the intensity and type of these factors are different in two gender groups; for example, women are more affected by psychological pressures and family relationships, while men are more likely to use due to economic issues and influence from peer groups.these results indicate the need for separate approaches in intervention and treatment programs that will be more efficient according to gender and psychological characteristics. also, the results of the research showed that a high percentage of drug traffickers and drug addicts are men, and in this regard, there is a huge difference between women and men, although the number of women victims is far more than women drug traffickers.
