پیشگیری از بازبزه دیدگی زنان قربانی جرایم جنسی با تاکید برآموزه های جرم شناسی بالینی

زمینه و هدف: یکی از روش‌های بازپروری بزه‌دیدگان، بخصوص بزه‌دیدگان زنان قربانی جرایم جنسی مربوط به استفاده از آموزه‌های جرم‌شناسانه بالینی می‌باشد، چرا که این آموزه‌ها به دنبال شناخت درد و رنج ناشی از جرم، جبران آسیب و زیان بزه‌دیده و در نهایت، درمان و بازتوانی بزه‌دیده می‌باشد. بر این اساس، بررسی پیشگیری از بازبزه‌دیدگی زنان قربانی جرایم جنسی با تاکید بر آموزه‌های جرم‌شناسی بالینی از مهمترین ضرورت‌های پژوهش حاضر محسوب می‌شود.روش: پژوهش حاضر به روش توصیفی- تحلیلی می‌باشد.یافته‌ها و نتایج: آموزه‌های جرم‌شناسی بالینی از طریق شناخت درد و رنج ناشی از جرم، جبران آسیب و زیان بزه‌دیده و در نهایت، درمان و بازتوانی زنان قربانی به پیشگیری از تکرار جرم و بازتوانی زنان بزه‌دیده قربانی جرایم جنسی کمک می‌کند. از سویی، یافته‌ها نشان می‌دهد که جرم‌شناسی بالینی از طریق اصلاح و درمان بزه‌دیده و با شناخت حالت خطرناک وی به پیشگیری از تکرار جرم جنسی توسط زنان بزه‌دیده کمک می‌نماید. همچنین، نتایج حاکی از آن است که آموزه‌های جرم‌شناسی و بزه‌دیده‌شناسی بالینی بعد از شناخت آسیب‌های ناشی از جرایم جنسی، از شیوه‌های پزشکی، روانپزشکی و روان‌شناسی در درمان زنان قربانی جرایم جنسی بهره می‌برد. همچنین، پیشگیری از بازبزه‌دیدگی زنان قربانی جرایم جنسی شامل پیشگیری بالینی، اجتماعی و وضعی می‌باشد.

field and aims: one of the methods of rehabilitation of victims, especially female victims of sexual crimes, is related to the use of clinical criminological teachings, because these teachings seek to recognize the pain and suffering caused by the crime, compensate the victim and finally, the treatment and rehabilitation of the victim is considered to be one of the most important needs of the current research, to investigate the prevention of revictimization of women victims of sexual crimes with emphasis on the teachings of clinical criminology.method: the present research is descriptive and analytical.findings and conclusions: clinical criminology teachings help to prevent recidivism and rehabilitate female victims of sexual crimes through recognizing the pain and suffering caused by crime, and compensating the victim and finally, treating and rehabilitating female victims. slow on the other hand, the findings show that clinical criminology helps to prevent the repetition of sexual crimes by victimized women through the correction and treatment of the victim and by recognizing his dangerous state. also, the results indicate that the teachings of criminology and clinical pedagogy after recognizing the injuries caused by sexual crimes; it uses medical, psychiatric and psychological methods in the treatment of female victims of sexual crimes. also, prevention of recidivism of female victims of sexual crimes includes clinical, social and situational prevention.
