بررسی عوامل موثر بر توسعه نیافتگی استان گلستان با تاکید بر توسعه اقتصادی وصنعتی

مطالعه رشد منطقه ای نیازمند بررسی ساختار اقتصادی وصنعتی در جهت شناسایی عوامل موثر بر رشد بخش های اقتصادی منطقه است.این تحقیق در پی تجزیه عوامل موثر بر رشد اقتصادی وصنعتی استان گلستان با تاکید بر رشد اقتصادی وصنعتی وتاکید بر اقتصاد بخش کشاورزی وصنایع وابسته به آن که بیشترین تاثیر را بر ضرایب سرریزی وبازخوردی عرصه اشتغال وتولید استان را دارا می باشند مورد بررسی ومطالعه قرار داده . فرض اساسی این پژوهش این است که توسعه اقتصادیوصنعتی یک متغیر بسیار مهم در دستیابی به توسعه ویکی از پیش شرط های توسعه همه جانبه است . بر اساس نتایج این پژوهش می توان با تاکید بر نقش دولت ،ساختار قدرت وایدئولوژی در راستای حمایت واستفاده از ظرفیت های قومیتی وبومی وفرهنگی واستعدادهای خدادادی منطقه استان گلستان وتاکید بر این امر که محوریت توسعه مشارکت همگانی می باشد .وبا ارتقاء شاخص های توسعه صنعتی واقتصادی ورشد تولید ودوری از تبعیض وتمرکز گرایی موجبات بهبود شاخص های کیفیت زندگی ،افزایش سرمایه گذاری اقتصادی وتوسعه همه جانبه استان گلستان را فراهم آورد .

abstract: one of the characteristics of developing countries is intense concentration and unbalanced balance. in order to create balance and all-round development in the country, it is necessary to study and research about less developed areas for future planning. this article examines the factors affecting the underdevelopment of golestan province. the type of applied research and its method is a combination of content analysis and comparative analysis. is according to michael todaro's theory, development is the continuous improvement of the whole society and social system towards a better or more humane life. and according to habermas' definition: the transition from one social stage to another social stage where the members increase their capacities. in fact, development is improving the quality of life, and improving people's lives, development is a subjective thing. development causes economic efficiency, which seeks the same growth, self-esteem, and increasing individual freedoms and public welfare. the basic assumption of this research is that the economic and industrial development is a very important variable in achieving the development of a comprehensive development preconditions. based on the results of this research, rami tuan emphasizes the role of the government, power structure and ideology in order to support and use the ethnic, native, cultural capacities and god-given talents of the golestan region, emphasizing that the focus of development is public participation. production and avoidance of discrimination and centralism led to improvement of quality of life indicators, increase in economic investment and all-round development of golestan province.
