شناسایی و اولویت بندی عوامل تاثیرگذار بر عملکرد کارکنان شرکت پیمانکاری در دوران کرونا

شیوع بیماری همه گیر کووید- 19دگردیسی قابل توجهی در نحوه زندگی و کار افراد و سازمان ها به وجود آورد. از این رو سازمانها برای باقی ماندن در بازار کار رقابتی نیاز به برنامه ریزی های جدید داشته تا بتوانند با توجه به شرایط، فرصتها و تهدیدهای محیطی را شناسایی کنند و در بازار رقابتی به فعالیت خود ادامه دهند. تحقیق حاضر بر روی یک شرکت پیمانکاری (ساخت تجهیزات فراب) در کلان شهر تهران صورت پذیرفته است. سوال اصلی این مطالعه این است که: چه عواملی بر عملکرد کارکنان شرکت پیمانکاری در دوران بحران کرونا اثر گذار است؟ برای پاسخ به این سوال، نظریه ها و مدل های مرتبط با موضوع و تحقیقهای پیشین به طور گسترده مورد بررسی قرار گرفت و با انجام مصاحبه های نیمه ساختاریافته هدفمند با مدیران شرکت سعی در جمع آوری گردید. تحقیق حاضر از لحاظ روش آمیخته با رویکرد اکتشافی میباشد که به صورت موردی صورت پذیرفت. جامعه آماری این تحقیق شامل 14نفر از مدیران و کارشناسان شرکت پیمانکاری به عنوان گروه خبرگان ادرنظرگرفته شده اند. داده های بدست آمده در پژوهش که با انجام مصاحبه های نیمه ساختار یافته هدفمند با استفاده از روش تحلیل تماتیک استخراج گردید و در نهایت با توجه به معیارهای استخراج شده , 16مضمون فرعی و 4 مضمون اصلی شناسایی گردید که با استفاده از نرم افزار expert choiceو با استفاده از روش تحلیل سلسل مراتبی( ، )ahpاولویت بندی عوامل اصلی و فرعی شناسایی شده، صورت پذیرفت. براساس نتایج بدست آمده 4معیار اصلی فرهنگ سازمانی(با وزنی برابر ، )0/446میزان رضایت شغلی(با وزن برابر ،)0/331 رهبری و مدیریت (با وزن برابر با ) 0/152و درنهایت فناور اطلاعات و ارتباطات (با وزن برابر با )0/070به ترتیب بیشترین تاثیر را در تعدیل آثار منفی بیماری کووید - 19بر عملکرد کارکنان دارا هستند.

identifying the factors influencing the performance of employees during the corona crisis by thematic analysis

the spread of covid-19 caused a significant transformation in the way people and organizations live and work. therefore, to stay competitive on the labor market, organizations must develop comprehensive strategies that allow them to identify their environmental opportunities and threats in accordance with market conditions. in addition, they must continue their activities. tehran has taken place. the main question of this study is: what factors affected the performance of the employees of the contracting company during the corona crisis? to answer this question, theories and models related to the subject and previous research have been investigated.research in the current study is based on qualitative methods and an exploratory approach. the statistical sample of this research, which was selected by the snowball method and in a targeted manner, includes 14 managers and experts of a large contracting company in the metropolis of tehran. the requirement was extracted using thematic analysis method. the results included 60 open codes in the form of 4 main concepts and 16 sub-themes. the results of the research showed that the 4 main criteria of organizational culture, job satisfaction, leadership and management, and finally, information and communication technology have the greatest effect in modifying the negative effects of the covid-19 disease on the performance of employees.based on the results obtained, the 4 main criteria of organizational culture (with a weight of 0.446), satisfaction job (with a weight equal to 0.331), leadership and management (with a weight equal to 0.152) and finally technology information and communication (with a weight equal to 0.070) respectively have the greatest effect in modifying negative effects the covid-19 disease has an effect on the performance of employees.
