تاثیر مسئولیت اجتماعی بر رابطه بین خصوصی ‌سازی بانک ها از طریق سهام عدالت و کارایی سرمایه‌گذاری

جامعه از بانک ها به عنوان منبع پول و ثروت انتظار دارد به ازای ثروتی که از محل سرمایه گذاری و پس انداز مردم کسب می کنند، خدماتی به اعضای ضعیف تر و آسیب پذیر یا نیازمند جامعه ارائه دهند. در سیاست خصوصی سازی بانک ها از طریق طرح سهام عدالت می توان نقش مسئولیت اجتماعی را در قالب اهدافی که سهام عدالت برای حمایت از گروه های آسیب پذیر، اقشار کم درآمد و بهبود توزیع درآمد بیان کرده را مورد بررسی قرار داد. لذا هدف از انجام این پژوهش، بررسی تاثیر مسئولیت اجتماعی بر رابطه بین خصوصی‌سازی از طریق سهام عدالت و کارایی سرمایه‌گذاری در بانک ‌های پذیرفته‌ شده در بورس اوراق بهادار تهران می باشد. این بررسی با استفاده از داده های بانک های صادرات، تجارت و ملت طی دوره 15 ساله (1399-1384) صورت گرفته است. جهت گردآوری داده های موردنیاز برای آزمون فرضیات، از بانک‌های اطلاعاتی، اسناد، سوابق و گزارش‌های حسابرسی بانک ها، صورت‌های مالی و سایر اسناد و مدارک و یادداشت‌های همراه برگرفته از آرشیو بورس اوراق بهادار تهران استفاده شده است. نتایج آزمون فرضیات تحقیق نشان می دهد که بین خصوصی سازی از طریق سهام عدالت و کارایی سرمایه گذاری بانک ها رابطه معناداری وجود دارد و مسئولیت اجتماعی این رابطه را تعدیل می کند.

the effect of social responsibility on the relationship between bank privatization through equity and investment efficiency

the society expects banks as a source of money and wealth to provide services to the weaker and vulnerable members of the society in exchange for the wealth they get from people's investment and savings. in the policy of privatization of banks through justice share plan, it is possible to examine the role of social responsibility in the form of goals expressed by justice share to support vulnerable groups, low-income groups and improve income distribution. therefore, the purpose of this research is to investigate the effect of social responsibility on the relationship between privatization through justice share and investment efficiency in banks admitted to the tehran stock exchange. this survey was conducted using the data of saderat, tejarat and mellat banks during a period of 15 years (2005-2020). in order to collect the data needed to test the hypotheses, databases, documents, records and audit reports of banks and financial statements and other documents and accompanying notes taken from the archive of the tehran stock exchange has been used. the results of the research hypothesis test show that there is a significant relationship between privatization through justice shares and the investment efficiency of banks, and social responsibility moderates this relationship.
