تاثیر هوش تجاری، یادگیری سازمانی و نوآوری بر عملکرد مالی شرکت ‌های دانش بنیان واقع در پارک نوآوری دانشگاه تهران

هدف مطالعه حاضر تعیین تاثیر هوش تجاری بر عملکرد مالی از طریق متغیر واسطه‌ای نوآوری و یادگیری سازمانی است. جامعه آماری مطالعه شرکت‌های فعال در پارک علم و فناوری دانشگاه تهران هستند، که برای جمع‌آوری داده‌ها از پرسش‌نامه ساختار یافته و مبتنی بر مطالعۀ یانگ و همکاران (2022) استفاده شده است. جهت بررسی پایایی پرسش نامه از آلفای کرونباخ، پایایی ترکیبی و بار عاملی استفاده شد. بعلاوه، جهت تعیین روایی از روایی محتوای و سازه استفاده گردید. جهت بررسی مناسب بودن ساختار مدل مفهومی از معیارهای ضریب تعیین، شاخص ارتباط پیش بین و شاخص اندازه اثر استفاده شد. نتایج نشان داد که ابزار جمع‌آوری داده‌ها از پایایی و روایی لازم برخوردار می‌باشند. همچنین، مناسب بودن ساختار مدل مفهومی تایید شد. جهت آزمون فرضیه‌ها از مدل معادلات ساختاری مبتنی بر حداقل مجموع مربعات جزئی استفاده شد. نتایج حاصله نشان داد که هوش تجاری بر یادگیری سازمانی، نوآوری و عملکرد مالی تاثیر مثبت و معنی دار دارد. همچنین، یادگیری سازمانی بر نوآوری و عملکرد مالی تاثیر مثبت و معنی دار دارد، نوآوری بر عملکرد مالی تاثیر مثبت و معنی دار دارد و در نهایت، یادگیری سازمانی و نوآوری نقش میانجی در رابطه بین هوش تجاری و عملکرد مالی ایفا می‌نماید. این مطالعه با سنجش تاثیر هوش تجاری بر عملکرد مالی از طریق متغیر واسطه ای نوآوری و یادگیری سازمانی توانست پنجره جدیدی بسوی محققان و دست اندرکاران برای بهبود عملکرد سازمانی بگشاید. بنابراین؛ نتایج این مطالعه می تواند برای مجامع علمی و دست اندرکاران مفید باشد.

the effect of business intelligence, organizational learning and innovation on the financial performance of knowledge-based companies located in the tehran university innovation park

the aim of the study was to determine the effect of business intelligence on financial performance through innovation and organizational learning. the statistical population of this study was companies are operating in the university of tehran science and technology park. a structured questionnaire adapted from hong et al. (2022) was used to collect data. cronbach’s alpha, composite reliability and factor loadings were used to determine the reliability. moreover, logic and construct validities were used to determine validity. to examine the appropriateness of the conceptual model, the coefficient of determination, cross-validated redundancy and effect size were used. the results indicated that validity and reliability were within the specified range. partial least squares structural equation modeling the results indicated that validity and reliability were within the specified range. the results showed all of these criteria were within acceptable levels. partial least squares structural equation modeling (pls-sem) was used to hypotheses testing. the results showed that business intelligence has a positive and significant effect on organizational learning, innovation and financial performance. moreover, organizational learning has a positive and significant effect on innovation and financial performance. furthermore, innovation has a positive and significant effect on financial performance. in addition, organizational learning and innovation play a mediating role in the relationship between business intelligence and financial performance. by assessing the effect of business intelligence on financial performance through innovation and organizational learning this study opened a new window for researchers and practitioner to enhance finical performance in startup companies.the results of this study can be useful for scientific societies and practitioners.
