ارائه الگوی فرایند های اصلی مدیریت دانش: رویکردی نوین و بومی در سازمان‌های ماموریت‌محور

یکی از دغدغه‌های مهم سازمان‌ها در حوزه مدیریت دانش، چگونگی پیاده‌سازی و اجرای درست آن است و برای اجرای موفق مدیریت دانش، تدوین و تهیه الگوی مدیریت دانش با توجه به شرایط بومی و فرهنگی متناسب با سازمان‌های ماموریت‌محور، امری اجتناب‌ناپذیر است. هدف از این پژوهش ارائه الگوی فرایندهای اصلی مدیریت دانش است. پژوهش کنونی، پژوهشی کاربردی با رویکرد آمیخته (کمی و کیفی) است. اجرای پژوهش در سه مرحله یا گام اصلی انجام شد: در گام نخست با تنظیم اهداف پژوهش و با استفاده از کلیدواژه‌ها به جست‌وجو و یافتن منابع مرتبط در ادبیات موضوع پرداخته شد. سپس با روش‌های فراترکیب و تحلیل محتوا، منابع اصلی شناسایی و انتخاب شد. در گام دوم با بررسی ادبیات پژوهش به مفهوم‌شناسی و استخراج ابعاد و مولفه‌های مدیریت دانش همت گماشته شد. در گام سوم نیز با توزیع پرسش‌نامه و به‌وسیله روش دلفی، اولویت‌بندی شاخص‌ها انجام و الگوی اولیه، تکمیل شد و پس از آن با اعتبارسنجی الگو توسط خبرگان، الگوی نهایی ارائه شد. در روند اجرای پژوهش از 2 پرسش‌نامه استفاده ‌شد. پرسش‌نامه اول برای اولویت‌بندی و مناسب بودن معیارها (غربالگری) بود که در اختیار 18 نفر از خبرگان جهاد خودکفایی نیروی دریایی سپاه پاسداران انقلاب اسلامی قرار گرفت. پرسش‌نامه دوم برای اعتبارسنجی الگوی عملیاتی پیشنهادی استفاده شد. نمونه آماری پژوهش در این مرحله شامل 15 نفر از خبرگان و استادان و خبرگان جهاد خودکفایی نیروی دریایی سپاه پاسداران انقلاب اسلامی بودند که درنهایت به ارزیابی الگو از ابعاد مختلف پرداختند.

the model of the main processes of knowledge management: a new and native approach in mission-oriented organizations

one of the most important concerns of organizations in the field of knowledge management is how to implement and implement it correctly. knowledge management is inevitable according to local and cultural conditions in accordance with mission-oriented organizations, the purpose of this research is to provide a model of the main processes of knowledge management, the current research is an applied research with a mixed approach (quantitative and qualitative), the implementation of the research in three phases or, the main step was done: in the first step, by setting the research objectives and using keywords, searching and finding related sources in the subject literature was done, then the main sources were identified and selected with meta-combination and content analysis methods, in the second step, by examining research literature focused on the conceptualization and extraction of dimensions and components of knowledge management. in the third step, the indicators were prioritized by distributing the questionnaire and using the delphi method. 2 questionnaires were used for the implementation of the research, the first questionnaire was for prioritization and appropriateness of the criteria (screening) which was given to 18 experts of the navy, the second questionnaire was used to validate the proposed operational model. the statistical sample of the research at this stage included 15 experts and professors from the navy, who finally evaluated the model from various dimensions.
