ضرورت آمادگی نظامی همگانی بر اساس آیه 60 سوره انفال؛ با محوریت تفاسیر شیعه

آمادگی نظامی همگانی، یکی از مهمترین اصول نظامی در کشورهای مختلف است که توسط دستگاه‌های حاکمیتی مدنظر قرار گرفته است. این موضوع به‌دلیل مخاطب‌بودن آحاد جامعه اسلامی ایران در ادوار مختلف تاریخی، یکی از مهمترین دغدغه‌های قوای نظامی کشور به‌شمار می‌آمده است. به همین دلیل پرداختن به بُعد نظری موضوع و ایجاد زمینه اعتقادی لازم در اقشار مختلف، اصل مهمی است که ضرورت پژوهش در این زمینه را توجیه می‌کند.با شکل‎گیری حکومت اسلامی در کشور، پژوهش درباره آمادگی نظامی همگانی در منابع اصیل اسلامی به‌عنوان پشتوانه ایدئولوژیک و اعتقادی به‌منظور متقاعد کردن اقشار مختلف مردم ایران اسلامی، اصلی انکارناپذیر است که توسط مراجع نظامی ذی‌صلاح مدنظر قرار گرفته است.در پژوهش کنونی که به روش توصیفی- تحلیلی انجام شده، به بررسی آراء مفسران شیعه با محوریت آیه 60 سوره انفال درباره آمادگی نظامی همگانی پرداخته شده است. در آیه 60 سوره انفال، آمادگی نظامی همگانی به‌عنوان یک ضرورت مطرح شده است و آراء مفسران شیعه نیز بر وجوب این امر دلالت می کند.

public military preparedness is one of the most important military principles in different countries, which is considered by the governing bodies. this issue has been considered one of the most important concerns of the country’s military forces due to the fact that it was addressed to members of the islamic society of iran in different historical periods. for this reason, addressing the theoretical dimension of the issue and creating the necessary belief background in different strata is an important principle that justifies the necessity of research in this field. with the formation of the islamic government in the country, the research about the military readiness of the people in authentic islamic sources as a support. ideological and religious in order to convince different sections of the people of islamic iran is an undeniable principle that has been taken into consideration by competent military authorities. in the current research, which was carried out in a descriptive-analytical method, the opinions of shia commentators were examined, focusing on verse 60 of surah anfal about preparation. general military has been addressed. in verse 60 of surah anfal, general military preparedness is mentioned as a necessity, and the opinions of shiite commentators also indicate the necessity of this matter.
