چارچوب ممیزی (حسابرسی) دانش در سازمان‌های ماموریت محور

برای موفقیت در پیاده‌سازی راهبرد مدیریت دانش، اولین موضوع آگاه بودن از وضعیت دانشی سازمان است حسابرسی دانش یک ارزیابی علمی نظام‌مند برای ارزیابی وضعیت دانشی اثربخشی مدیریت دانش در سازمان است. هدف از این تحقیق ارائه چارچوب حسابرسی دانش در سازمان‌های ماموریت محور است. اجرای پژوهش در گام اصلی انجام شد: در گام نخست با تنظیم اهداف پژوهش و با استفاده از کلیدواژه‌ها به جستجوی منابع مرتبط در ادبیات موضوع و بیانات مقام معظم رهبری (مدظله‌العالی) پرداخته شد، سپس با روش‌های فراترکیب و تحلیل محتوا، منابع اصلی شناسایی گردید، در گام دوم با بررسی ادبیات تحقیق ، به مفهوم شناسی، استخراج و کدگذاری مولفه‌های حسابرسی دانش همت گماشته شد، در گام سوم پژوهش به وزن دهی شاخص‌ها و اعتبارسنجی مدل نظری تحقیق با استفاده از روش‌ها و نرم‌افزارهای آماری، تحلیل عاملی و معادلات ساختاری پرداخته شد و درنهایت تدوین مدل عملیاتی حسابرسی دانش صورت گرفت، در روند اجرای پژوهش از 3 پرسشنامه استفاده ‌شد، پرسشنامه اول برای دسته‌بندی و مناسب بودن معیارها (غربالگری) بود که در اختیار 10 نفر از اساتید پژوهشکده مدیریت راهبردی و سرمایه انسانی دانشگاه عالی دفاع ملی قرار گرفت، پرسشنامه دوم برای تدوین مدل نظری پژوهش در میان 93 نفر از مدیران عامل، منابع انسانی و تحقیق و توسعه در سازمان پژوهش‌های علمی و صنعتی ایران توزیع شد، پرسشنامه سوم برای اعتبار سنجی مدل عملیاتی استفاده گردید. نمونه آماری پژوهش در این مرحله شامل 9 نفر از اساتید گروه مدیریت دانش، دانشگاه عالی دفاع ملی بودند که درنهایت به ارزیابی مدل از ابعاد مختلف پرداختند.

knowledge audit framework in mission-oriented organizations

to succeed in the implementation of the knowledge management strategy, the first step is to be aware of the knowledge status of the organization, knowledge audit is a systematic scientific evaluation to measure and evaluate the knowledge status of the organization and the effectiveness of knowledge management in the organization. the purpose of this research is to provide a knowledge audit framework in mission-oriented organizations. the implementation of the research was done in three main phases or steps: in the first step, by determining the research objectives and using keywords, the sources related to the topic were searched and found, then the main sources were identified and selected with the methods of meta-synthesis and content analysis. the second step was done by reviewing the research literature, conceptualization, extracting and coding the dimensions and components of knowledge audit, in the third step of the research, drawing and validating the theoretical model of the research using statistical methods and software and factor analysis, and finally developing an operational model and the knowledge audit framework was made according to the theoretical model.in the process of conducting the research, 3 questionnaires were used, the first questionnaire was for the classification and appropriateness of the criteria (screening), which was given to 10 professors of the strategic management and human capital research institute of the national defense university, the second questionnaire was for developing the theoretical model of the research in it was distributed among 93 ceos, human resources and research and development in iran scientific and industrial research organization, the third questionnaire was used to validate the proposed operational model. the statistical sample of the research at this stage included 9 professors of the department of knowledge management, higher national defense university, who finally evaluated the model from various dimensions
