تدوین اسناد جهت‌ساز نظام آموزش و تربیت مدیران راهبردی و الزامات ‌پیاده‌سازی آن

مراکز و موسسات آموزشی با انتشار اسناد جهت‌ساز به دنبال ارائه جهت‌گیری‌های کلان آموزشی و تربیتی خود به مخاطبان داخلی و خارجی هستند. هدف این پژوهش، تهیه و تدوین اسناد جهت‌ساز نظام آموزش و تربیت مدیران راهبردی عراق است. این تحقیق به لحاظ هدف، کاربردی و به لحاظ روش، آمیخته از نوع اکتشافی به شمار می آید که پس از مرور مبانی نظری، پیشینه شناسی و مطالعات اکتشافی، مدل مفهومی تحقیق تدوین و با انجام مصاحبه (داده‌های کیفی) و تکمیل پرسشنامه (داده‌های کمی) توسط خبرگان تحقیق، کلیات اسناد راهبردی نظام آموزش و تربیت مدیران و محورهای مربوط به الزامات ‌پیاده‌سازی این نظام شناسایی گردید. سپس ابزار سنجش تحقیق طراحی شد و جهت سنجش روایی آن در اختیار خبرگان تحقیق قرار گرفت که روایی ابزار تحقیق 93.7 درصد تعیین گردید؛ همچنین پایایی ابزار تحقیق نیز 0.904 تعیین شد. در ادامه پرسشنامه‌های اصلی تحقیق در بین نمونه آماری (تعداد 59 نفر) توزیع و جمع آوری شد. براساس یافته‌های پژوهش اسناد جهت‌ساز نظام آموزش و تربیت مدیران راهبردی عراق مشتمل بر: ‌چشم‌انداز، ماموریت، هدف کلان و 9 سیاست، 7 راهبرد و 26 اقدام راهبردی است و جهت ‌پیاده‌سازی نظام، 5 الزام و سازوکار اصلی و 42 الزام فرعی است.

compilation of directional documents for the education and training system of strategic managers and the requirements for its implementation

educational centers and institutions seek to present their macro-educational orientations to domestic and foreign audiences by publishing directional documents. the purpose of this research is to prepare the directional documents for the education and training system of strategic managers in iraq. after reviewing the theoretical bases, historiography and exploratory studies, the conceptual model of the research was developed and by conducting interviews (qualitative data) and completing the questionnaire (quantitative data) by research experts, the generalities of the strategic documents of the education and training system of managers and requirements for the implementation of this system were identified. then the research measurement tool was designed and it was provided to research experts to measure its validity, and the validity of the research tool was determined to be 93.7%. also, the reliability of the research tool was determined as 0.904. in the following, the main research questionnaires were distributed and collected among the statistical sample (number of 59 people). based on the findings of the research, the directional documents of the education and training system for strategic managers in iraq include: vision, mission, macro goal and 9 policies, 7 strategies and 26 strategic actions, and there are 5 main requirements and mechanisms and 42 secondary requirements for the implementation of the system.
