تحلیل ساختاری تفسیری مدل مشارکت دانشجو معلمان دانشگاه فرهنگیان در فعالیت های فوق برنامه ورزشی

هدف از انجام این تحقیق، تحلیل ساختاری تفسیری مدل مشارکت دانشجو معلمان دانشگاه فرهنگیان در فعالیت های فوق برنامه ورزشی، بود. روش تحقیق به صورت کیفی و کمی بود. اطلاعات تحقیق به وسیله مصاحبه جمع آوری شد. جامعه آماری تحقیق شامل اعضای هیئت علمی آموزش تربیت بدنی در دانشگاه فرهنگیان بودند که تعداد 18 نفر تا رسیدن به اشباع نظری انتخاب شدند. روش نمونه گیری به صورت گلوله برفی بود. مطابق فرایند روش شناختی؛ طی سه مرحلۀ کدگذاری باز، کدگذاری انتخابی و کدگذاری نظری، در نهایت 91 مفهوم به دست آمد. در مرحلۀ بعد، هر چند مفهوم در قالب یک مقوله قرار گرفتند تا 16 مقوله برای این پژوهش به دست آمده باشد. در ادامه بر اساس شاخص ها و مقوله های بدست آمده، پرسشنامه ای ماتریسی تدوین گردید و توسط 18 نفر از اعضای نمونه تحقیق به شیوه ویژه ساختاری- تفسیری نمره گذاری شد و براساس آن مدل نهایی تحقیق ترسیم شد. در نهایت بر مبنای داده های گردآوری شده به شیوه ساختاری- تفسیری، روابط درونی مدل پیشنهادی ارائه شده مورد بررسی قرار گرفت که نتایج نشان داد؛ مولفه های اماکن و تجهیزات ورزشی، کیفیت و ایجاد ارزش در برنامه ها، شاخص های انگیزشی، عوامل مدیریتی، عوامل اجتماعی به عنوان بانفوذترین و تاثیرگذارترین؛ مولفه های نتایج زیستی و مهارتی، نتایج اجتماعی، برگزاری مرتب مسابقات ورزشی و اعزام تیم های دانشگاه، برگزاری دوره های تفریحی، سیاحتی ورزشی، نتایج روانشناختی، عوامل فردی به عنوان وابسته ترین و تاثیرپذیرترین مولفه های مشارکت دانشجو معلمان در فعالیت های فوق برنامه ورزشی شناسایی شدند.بنابراین بر مبنای نتایج حاصله و مقوله ها ومفاهیم مدل پیشنهادی توصیه می شود در غالب یک طرح مبسوط و جامع، تلاش شود تا توسعه و بهبود فعالیت های فوق برنامه ورزشی در دانشگاه فرهنگیان در مرکز توجه قرار گیرد

conduct an interpretive structural analysis of the participation model students-teachers of farhangian university in extra program sports activities

the purpose of this study was to conduct an interpretive structural analysis of the participation model of students and teachers at farhangian university in extracurricular sports activities. the research method was qualitative (glazer foundation data) and quantitative (structural-interpretive method). research information was collected through interviews. the statistical population of the study included members of the physical education faculty at farhangian university, 18 of whom were selected until theoretical saturation was reached. the sampling method was snowball. according to the methodological process; through three stages of open, axial and selective coding (optional), 91 concepts were finally obtained. in the next stage, although the concepts were placed in the form of a category, 16 categories were obtained for this study. subsequently, based on the obtained indicators and categories, a matrix questionnaire was developed and scored by 18 members of the research sample in the qualitative section in a special structural-interpretive method, and based on that, the final research model was drawn. finally, based on the data collected in a structural-interpretive manner, the internal relationships of the proposed model were examined, and the results showed that the components of sports facilities and equipment, quality and value creation in programs, motivational indicators, management factors, and social factors were identified as the most influential and effective; the components of biological and skill outcomes, social outcomes, holding regular sports competitions and sending university teams, holding recreational courses, sports excursions, psychological outcomes, and individual factors were identified as the most dependent and influential components of student-teacher participation in extracurricular sports activities. therefore, based on the results obtained and the categories and concepts of the proposed model, it is recommended that an effort be made to develop and improve extracurricular sports activities at farhangian university in the form of a detailed and comprehensive.
