تبیین اثر فناوری اطلاعات و ارتباطات و فرهنگ سازمانی بر سازمان هوشمند با ملاحظه نقش میانجی یادگیری سازمانی در فدراسیون‌های ورزشی ایران

فدراسیون‌های ورزشی به‌عنوان متولیان اصلی در رشد و توسعه رشته‌های ورزشی باید متناسب با نیازهای محیط ورزش، خود را به‌روزرسانی نمایند. این تحقیق با هدف بررسی ارتباط فناوری اطلاعات و ارتباطات و فرهنگ سازمانی بر سازمان هوشمند با نقش میانجی یادگیری سازمانی انجام شده است. این مطالعه از جمله مطالعات کمی و ابزار جمع‌آوری اطلاعات آن پرسش نامه بود. جامعه آماری این تحقیق متشکل از روسا، کارشناسان و مسئولان فدراسیون‌های ورزشی ایران بود. نتایج نشان داد که ict، فرهنگ سازمانی و یادگیری سازمانی تاثیر معناداری بر سازمان هوشمند دارند. علاوه بر این رابطه فرهنگ سازمانی با سازمان هوشمند با نقش میانجی یادگیری سازمانی نیز معنادار گزارش شد، اما رابطه ict با سازمان هوشمند با نقش میانجی یادگیری سازمانی معنادار نبود. در انتها با توجه به نتایج تحقیق می‌توان چنین نتیجه‌گیری کرد که فدراسیون‌های ورزشی نیز مانند سایر سازمان‌ها به منظور رشد و ارتقای خدمات خود به جامعه باید عوامل موثر بر هوشمند سازی را در نظر بگیرند، ارتباطات درون و برون سازمانی را بهبود دهند و بر شکل‌گیری فرهنگ یادگیری سازمانی تاکید نمایند.

the connection of information and communication technology and organizational culture with the intelligent organization with the mediating role of organizational learning in sports federations

sports federations, as the main custodians of the growth and development of sports disciplines, must update themselves in accordance with the needs of the sports environment. this study was conducted with the aim of investigating the relationship between information and communication technology and organizational culture on the intelligent organization with the role of mediating organizational learning. this study was a quantitative study and its data collection tool was a questionnaire. the statistical population of this study consisted of heads, experts, and officials of iranian sports federations. the results showed that ict, organizational culture, and organizational learning have a significant effect on the intelligent organization. in addition, the relationship between organizational culture and the intelligent organization with the role of mediating organizational learning was also reported to be significant, but the relationship between ict and the intelligent organization with the role of mediating organizational learning was not significant. finally, according to the results of the study, it can be concluded that sports federations, like other organizations, should consider factors affecting intelligence, improve internal and external communications, and emphasize the formation of an organizational learning culture in order to grow and improve their services to society.
