Identification and prioritization of activities for new product development are pivotal processes that significantly influence an organization’s success and its commercial, technical, and competitive prospects. this research aims to find the patterns of essential steps required to establish a production line for biosensors. to determine the most critical criteria, the study employs the fuzzy delphi method consists of 10 experts, followed by the best-worst method for criteria weighting. the findings highlight that the top priorities for setting up an implantable sensor production line are, in order: allocation and planning of financial resources, skilled and experienced personnel, and ongoing review and enhancement of the production process. conversely, product outer features emerged as the least critical criterion based on the survey results.
