مدل راهبردی صیانت از زنجیره تامین محصولات غذایی با تاکید بر قابلیت‌های نوظهور مالی متاثر از انقلاب صنعتی چهارم (فناوری مالی)

با توجه به اهمیت تامین مواد غذایی کشور در دوران تحریم و ضرورت حفظ امنیت و آرامش در جامعه، این پژوهش به دنبال بهره‌گیری از فناوری‌های مالی نوظهور و امکانات انقلاب صنعتی چهارم برای مقابله با اختلالات زنجیره تامین مواد غذایی است. هدف اصلی این پژوهش ارائه مدل راهبردی برای صیانت از اختلالات در زنجیره تامین مواد غذایی با توجه به عوامل اصلی ایجاد این اختلالات، یعنی تحریم‌ها می‌باشد. رویکرد پژوهش بر پایه استفاده از فناوری‌های مالی با هدف افزایش انعطاف‌پذیری و پایداری در برابر تحریم‌ها، و ارتقای کارآمدی و شفافیت در فرایندهای مالی تدوین شده است. این پژوهش با استفاده از روش کیفی، مطالعات اسنادی و کتابخانه‌ای، مصاحبه نیمه‌ساختاریافته، و تحلیل داده‌ها با نرم‌افزار مکس‌کیودی‌ای انجام شده است. در این راستا، مصاحبه‌هایی با ده نفر از متخصصین حوزه زنجیره تامین مواد غذایی صورت گرفت و مدل پارادایمی مبتنی بر نظریه استراوس و کوربین استخراج شد. یافته‌ها نشان می‌دهد که فناوری‌های نوین مالی با کاهش هزینه‌ها و افزایش شفافیت، تامین مالی و مدیریت زنجیره تامین را بهبود می‌بخشند و نقش کلیدی در بهینه‌سازی جریان مالی و اطلاعاتی به‌ویژه در شرایط تحریم و چالش‌های بین‌المللی ایفا می‌کنند.

considering the importance of securing the country s food supply during sanctions and the necessity of maintaining security and stability in society, this research aims to leverage emerging financial technologies and the capabilities of the fourth industrial revolution to address disruptions in the food supply chain. the primary objective of this study is to propose a strategic model for safeguarding against disruptions in the food supply chain, with a focus on the key factors causing these disruptions, namely sanctions. the research approach is based on utilizing financial technologies to enhance resilience and sustainability in the face of sanctions, as well as improving efficiency and transparency in financial processes. this study employs a qualitative methodology, including document and library research, semi-structured interviews, and data analysis using the maxqda software. to this end, interviews were conducted with ten experts in the field of food supply chains, and a paradigmatic model based on strauss and corbin s grounded theory was extracted. the findings indicate that modern financial technologies, by reducing costs and increasing transparency, improve financial support and supply chain management. they play a crucial role in optimizing financial and informational flows, particularly under conditions of sanctions and international challenges.
