ارائه مدل تاب آوری سازمان های دولتی در برابر شوک های اقتصادی، رویکردها و استراتژی ها

این پژوهش با هدف ارزیابی تاب‌آوری سازمان‌های دولتی در مواجهه با شوک‌های اقتصادی، رویکردها و استراتژی‌های مرتبط طراحی شده است. روش اجرای این تحقیق به صورت کمی و از نوع میدانی با استفاده از تکنیک پیمایش انجام شده است.که در این پژوهش، تاب آوری سازمان های دولتی متغیر مستقل و شوک های اقتصادی(شوک‌های تجاری و شوک‌های مالی) متغیر واسطه و رویکردها و استراتژی متغیر وابسته می باشد. جامعه آماری این پژوهش شامل 210 نفر از مدیران و کارشناسان سازمان‌های دولتی در شهر تهران بوده است. در این پژوهش، نمونه‌گیری به روش تصادفی ساده انجام شده و حجم نمونه با استفاده از فرمول کوکران 136 نفر تعیین شده است. برای جمع‌آوری اطلاعات از پرسشنامه محقق‌ساخته استفاده شده و تحلیل داده‌ها با نرم‌افزار spss  نسخه 23 و روش تحلیل آماری رگرسیون انجام گرفته است. یافته‌های پژوهش نشان داد که متغیرهای تاب‌آوری سازمان‌های دولتی و شوک‌های تجاری با سطح اطمینان 99 درصد تاثیر مثبت بر شوک‌های مالی دارند. همچنین، شوک‌های تجاری و شوک‌های مالی تاثیری مثبت و معنادار بر رویکردها و استراتژی‌ها دارند. با این حال، تاب‌آوری سازمان‌های دولتی تاثیر معناداری بر رویکردها و استراتژی‌ها نشان نداد. به بیان دیگر، این پژوهش نشان می‌دهد که تاب‌آوری سازمان‌های دولتی می‌تواند به‌صورت غیرمستقیم و از طریق شوک‌های تجاری بر رویکردها و استراتژی‌های سازمان تاثیر بگذارد.

presenting a model of the resilience of government organizations in the face of economic shocks, approaches, and strategies

the present study evaluates the resilience of government organizations in the face of economic shocks, related approaches, and strategies. the method of this study is quantitative, field type, using the survey technique.  in this study, the resilience of government organizations is the independent variable, economic shocks (trade shocks and financial shocks) are the intermediary variable and approaches and strategies are the dependent variable.  the statistical population of this study included 210 managers and experts of government organizations in tehran. in this study, a convenient sampling method was used and the sample size was determined to be 136 people using the cochran formula. a researcher-made questionnaire was used to collect data. the data were analyzed using spss version 23 software and the regression statistical analysis method. the results revealed that the variables of the resilience of government organizations and trade shocks positively affect financial shocks with a confidence level of 99%. additionally, trade and financial shocks positively and significantly affect the approaches and strategies. however, resilience of government organizations did not show a significant effect on approaches and strategies. in other words, this study indicates that the resilience of government organizations can indirectly affect the approaches and strategies of the organization through trade shocks.
