شناسایی ریسک‌های مدیریت زنجیره‌تامین: نگاشت آن مبتنی بر رویکرد فرایندگرا

این پژوهش به شناسایی و بررسی ریسک‌های زنجیره‌تامین می‌پردازد. با مطالعه 22 مقاله مرتبط، 36 شاخص اصلی ریسک شناسایی شد. تحلیل ادبیات نشان می‌دهد که در سال‌های اخیر توجه به ریسک‌های زنجیره‌تامین به‌طور قابل‌توجهی افزایش یافته و ریسک‌های خاصی از اهمیت بیشتری برخوردارند. یافته‌های این پژوهش، درک عمیق‌تری از این ریسک‌ها ارائه می‌دهد و می‌تواند به مدیران در تصمیم‌گیری‌های استراتژیک برای بهبود مدیریت و عملکرد شرکت‌ها کمک کند. در پایان، با رویکرد فرایندگرا ریسک‌ها به مراحل اصلی فرایند جامع مدیریت ریسک زنجیره‌تامین یعنی منبع‌‌یابی و خرید مواداولیه، حمل‌ونقل و تحویل، انبار و توزیع، تولید و ساخت و در نهایت چگونگی رسیدن کالای ساخته شده به دست مشتری متصل شده‌اند. نوآوری این مقاله شناسایی فهرست کلی ریسک‌های فرآیند زنجیره‌تامین و طبقه‌بندی آن در مراحل اصلی این فرایند است.

identifying the risks of the supply chain management: mapping process approach context

in this research, it identifies and examines supply chain risks. by studying 22 related articles, 36 main risk indicators were identified. the literature analysis shows that in recent years attention to supply chain risks has increased significantly and certain risks are more important. the findings of this research provide a deeper understanding of these risks and can help managers in making strategic decisions to improve the management and performance of companies. in the end, with the process-oriented approach, risks have been connected to the main stages of the comprehensive process of supply chain risk management, i.e. sourcing and purchasing raw materials, transportation and delivery, warehousing and distribution, production and manufacturing, and finally customer delivery. the innovation of this article is to identify the general list of risks in the supply chain process and classify it in the main stages of this process.
