بررسی آموزش‌های کاربردی و حرفه‌ای در فارغ التحصیلان رشته حسابداری

شکاف میان آموزش حسابداری و نیازهای واقعی بازار کار، چالشی اساسی است که بر اشتغال‌پذیری فارغ‌التحصیلان این رشته تاثیر می‌گذارد. این پژوهش با هدف بررسی میزان انطباق برنامه‌های آموزشی حسابداری با مهارت‌های حرفه‌ای موردنیاز بازار کار، به تحلیل چالش‌های موجود از طریق مرور نظام‌مند منابع علمی پرداخته و راهکارهای بهبود را شناسایی می‌کند. یافته‌ها نشان می‌دهد که برنامه‌های آموزشی کنونی پاسخگوی کامل نیازهای بازار کار نیستند و بسیاری از فارغ‌التحصیلان در مهارت‌هایی نظیر تحلیل اطلاعات مالی، تصمیم‌گیری، حل مسئله، ارتباطات و کار تیمی ضعف دارند. علاوه بر این، کمبود آموزش عملی و تعامل ناکافی میان دانشگاه و صنعت، موجب کاهش توانمندی‌های حرفه‌ای دانش‌آموختگان شده است. نتایج همچنین نشان می‌دهد که آموزش مهارت‌های نرم و افزایش تجربه عملی تاثیر مثبتی بر اشتغال‌پذیری دارد. ازاین‌رو، بازنگری در سرفصل‌های درسی، توسعه دوره‌های کارورزی، بهره‌گیری از روش‌های آموزشی نوین و تقویت ارتباط دانشگاه با بازار کار، می‌تواند کیفیت آموزش را ارتقا داده و اشتغال‌پذیری فارغ‌التحصیلان را افزایش دهد. این پژوهش با ارائه راه‏کارهای اصلاحی به ادبیات آموزش حسابداری می‌افزاید و در جهت بهبود مهارت‌های حرفه‌ای و افزایش قابلیت اشتغال دانش‌آموختگان نقش موثری ایفا می‌کند.

investigating applied and professional training in accounting graduates

the gap between accounting education and the actual needs of the labor market poses a significant challenge that affects the employability of graduates in this field. this study aims to assess the extent to which accounting education programs align with the professional skills required by the labor market. it analyzes existing challenges through a systematic review of scientific literature and identifies strategies for improvement. the findings indicate that current education programs do not fully address the needs of the labor market. many graduates lack essential skills in areas such as financial information analysis, decision-making, problem-solving, communication, and teamwork. additionally, the absence of practical training and insufficient collaboration between academia and industry have diminished graduates professional capabilities. the results also demonstrate that training in soft skills and increased practical experiences positively influence employability. therefore, revising the curriculum, developing internship opportunities, adopting modern educational methods, and strengthening the connection between universities and the labor market can enhance education quality and improve graduates employability. this study contributes to the literature on accounting education by offering corrective solutions and plays a crucial role in enhancing professional skills and increasing the employability of graduates.
