شناسایی چالش‌های انتشار مقاله در مجلات معتبر بین‌المللی حسابداری توسط محققان ایرانی: با استفاده از روش پدیدارشناسی

با توجه به اهمیت روزافزون انتشار مقاله در مجلات بین الملی معتبر حسابداری برای اساتید و دانشجویان این رشته و از سوی دیگر، اندک بودن تعداد پژوهش‌های منتشره توسط ایرانیان در این مجلات، پژوهش حاضر، به هدف شناسایی چالش‌های موجود در این خصوص صورت گرفته است. داده‌های پژوهش، با مصاحبه عمیق نیمه ساختاریافته از 14 نفر از محققان ایرانی که تجربه چاپ حداقل یک مقاله علمی پژوهشی در مجلات خارجی معتبر داشته و به روش هدفمند انتخاب شده‌اند و همگی از اعضای هیئت علمی دانشگاه‌های معتبر کشور نیز می‌باشند. در هشتمین مصاحبه، اشباع نظری داده‌ها حاصل شد. اما به منظور اعتبار بخشی یافته‌ها، 6 مصاحبه دیگر نیز صورت گرفت. تحلیل داده‌ها به روش پدیدارشناسی کلایزی، منجر به شناسایی 9 چالش اصلی گردید که شامل چالش‌های مربوط به موضوعات حسابداری کشور ایران ، چالش‌های مربوط به داده های تحقیقات حسابداری در ایران ، چالش مشکلات سیاسی و اقتصادی و تحریم‌های کشور ایران ، چالش نبود انگیزه‌های پژوهشی ، چالش‌های مختص رشته حسابداری ، چالش‌های مربوط به نظام آموزش عالی و دانشگاه‌های ایران ، چالش عدم حمایت مالی و معنوی از محققان ، چالش فقدان نوآوری و ارزش افزوده علمی اکثر تحقیقات ایرانی و چالش‌های مربوط به ضعف‌های محققان داخلی و همینطور شامل 23 چالش فرعی می باشد. یافته‌ها نشان می‌دهد که محققان ایرانی برای تهیه و انتشار مقالات حسابداری در مجلات معتبر بین الملل و مشارکت بیشتر در این زمینه، دارای چالش‌های متنوع و متفاوتی هستند و تا رسیدن به شرایط مطلوب، فاصله زیادی داریم.

identifying the challenges of publishing articles in top international journals of accounting by iranian researchers: phenomenological method

due to increasing importance of publishing articles in top international accounting journals for professors and students of this field, and on the other hand, few studies published by iranians in these journals, this research was done to identify the challenges in this way. for this purpose, a semi-structured interview was conducted with 14 iranian researchers who have the experience of publishing articles in top foreign journals. in the eighth interview, theoretical saturation of the data was achieved. however, in order to validate the findings, 6 more interviews were also conducted. data analysis using the claise phenomenological method led to the identification of 9 main challenges, which include challenges related to accounting issues in iran , challenges related to accounting research data in iran , challenges of political and economic problems and sanctions in iran , challenges of lack of research incentives , challenges specific to the accounting field , challenges related to the higher education system and universities in iran , challenges of lack of financial and moral support for researchers , challenges of lack of innovation and scientific added value of most iranian research and challenges related to the weaknesses of domestic researchers , and also includes 23 sub-challenges. the findings show that iranian researchers face diverse and different challenges in preparing and publishing accounting articles in reputable international journals and participating more in this field.
